property要有rental license,这些property涨价需要review, 就是公司的dorm收的租
金太低了也要被警告。
所以你要住manhattan的apartment的话，丫的涨价一般都是几块几毛几分那样带零头的。 |

so your point is: if the right legal process can't get the result you desire
, you would bend the rule to get it.
Case details can't be disclosed because they might still be a chance that
one day, some new clue pop up that will break open the case. For example,
if someone in a few year shows proof that Bei Zhi Cheng, or someone
associated with him, bought Thallium product, or one of the people living
in the dorm confessed to the crime, then the case could be reopened.

The problem with your argument is: symptom of vision loss is not a
indication of eye coming into direct contact with Thallium, but rather the
effect of acute Thallium poisoning on the nervous system. In another word,
while effect of direct contact with eye is unclear, ingesting Thallium most
certainly could produces symptom of vision loss. So there is still no
evidence you can draw the conclusion that contact lens case was poisoned.

Doesn't work anymore. The police didn't seal off the dorm room and didn't
collect the evidence according to proper forensic technique. So anything
that's available right now can be and should be considered contaminated.
They can only be used as hint for investigative purpose, but not very strong
evidence in court of law. |

光天化日的。

女回答yes。也没多想就一起去了厕所。过了一个多礼拜，发觉有点异样。去医院做了
个STD全面检查，结果又是chlamydia。还多了个 Herpes type i. 我当时看到结果吓的
半死，因为herpes是无法治愈的。后来医生解释 herpes type i没有关系，是cold
