2nd, Olympics and Euro cup. Those days are the only days in 7 years
that we had a TV. We stole electricity from outside so that we can
watch the live broadcasting during the night;
3rd, didn't go home during summer vacation, because of da yun hui
performance. Had our vacation from Aug. 31st till Oct 2.
4th, On Oct. 23rd, the largest fire accident happened in school
history. Our dorm was burnt down to nothing. Actually, so were all
dorms on the 3rd floor |

in 1990s, from our dorm, it takes 10 minutes at least walking from dorm 5,6,
7,8 something. but that's pretty much the only good place to go besides
library. |

I bought them in store they were listed at $40.00. Rang up at $24.99 at the
register and the store price matched them online for $9.99 Good if you want
to save on shipping.
Seemed like a good buy to me, decent quality for dorms plus cheap enough so
it doesnt matter what happens to them.

stayed in dorms. I remember that Monday, at least 10 of my classmates came
to classroom hours late for they had to walk from 10-15 miles away, because
there was no public traffic in the city (I was not in BJ though) These were
just 11-12yr old kids and some of them even had asthma. If those activists
were really thinking about daily lives and convenience of normal people,
they wouldn't have done that. That has been my feel |

看了这个板还有其他板关于这个站发展, 以及捐款的文章, 我很感动. 从
开站的初衷, 到后来各种未曾预料的困难, 到现在的前途抉择, 的确是一
