% 的人是携带者。做 Rapid Strep 或Culture 会阳性。
这里有一个问题，一般三岁以下的孩子，得strep Throat 的比较少。通常是携带。
现在我们多Strep 阳性 实际上是 过度使用抗菌素。但也是情理中。
他的药物问题是这样的：如果使用Amoxil治疗Strep Throat ， 没有 QD 的 使
用建议。是 BID 或 TID 。使用剂量是 ２５－５０ ｍｇ／ｋｇ／２４ｈ． 分
两次 或三次。他是 ３６磅。合１４ 公斤。 大约日剂量是 ７００－８００ MG

My TSH is high, which is 6.4, from the first blood test, my doctor gave me
50 dosage medicine, and I made an appointment with tyroid doctor at the
same time. When I saw my thyroid doctor I've already taken 50 dosage
medicine for about 1 week. I told my throid doctor my TSH number, she
recommended me go ahead increase the dosage to 75. Now I had my second blood

想看下刺激后，抑制剂是否把spike压下去了，要做个dosage curve，试不同的
inhibitor浓度。
现在的问题是：在不加inhibitor的情况下，endothelin导致的spike也不是完全同步的
，但是差别
不太大；加了inhibitor后，这100个细胞就完全不同步了，如果还有spike的话。
问了个两个人，得到2中说法：
1）计算每个细胞的spike的情况，normalize后作为这个dosage的曲线。
2）选一个具有代表性的单个细胞，把它的曲线作为这个sample的曲线，然后多搞几个
sample，
normalize几个sample，作为该dosage的曲线。

过表达与KD都做了，qPCR/western都显示其表达的变化依赖于这个转录因子的dosage。
现在转录因子的threshhold我已经确定出来
这也是我的解释之一。问题是为什么不同的dosage，招募的co-factor不一样？
这种可能性比较低，除非这个转录因子（A）在不同的dosage下激活了别的转录因子（
比如B），B对A的靶基因起到相反的作用。可惜我们现在的实验不支持这一点，
这种情况下，也只是维持的一个平衡，应该不会出现我的说这种现象吧？
是的，很多转录因子即具有activation，也有repression的作用,但已报道的（据我的
搜索）的，activate与repress的是不同的靶基因；同时激活和抑制同一个靶基因的，

personal attention. It is too early to say that you are poor responder
because 75IU of Menopur is very low dosage. For me, when I did my first IVF

公司原来把问题归罪于doctor over dosage。但是FDA看到的病例中，大多数都是用的
正常dosage。这个问题大了。轻则医生不愿意用，重则FDA会要求更多trials，甚至下

我把FDA 的warning letter仔细看了一下，我刚才的帖子有不准确的地方。FDA的案例
确实是overdosage。我原来看快了，以为5mg daily是正常dosage，结果才发现5 mg
dosage就是overdose哈哈
不过你即使懂p，也不要太牛逼哄哄为治死人的药叫好嘛。鉴于哥今天做空收获一盏金
灯心情好，就不和你计较了。 |

here),even if the rice is exposed to radiation, in all likelihood, it's
still safe to eat, just like many radiation treated fruits, meat and so on.
The dosage used to irradiate food now days is a lot higher than those near
by rice fields in Japan were exposed to, actually there is no dosage upper
