求问各位医生，今天带我儿子去打流感疫苗，一切正常，回来之后，接到电话说，要再
回去一趟，因为今天是half dose，下一次回去再打一次half dose.
主要让我奇怪的是，当时为什么没人说，难道是忘了？
上网查了一下，没有给小孩的half dose,好像都是给老人的。
非常担心对方给错药了或者什么的，不知各位怎么看！

一个Lovenox order for a hx of HIT patient 的electronic order被我点到
电脑上红艳艳的red flag呀～看得我心跳，更心虚
悄悄的退出，让其他人 process这个棘手的order 吧。。。
这样的念头闪过3秒，但还是坚定：不能退缩，不能依赖！
下定了决心后，便跟旁边的resident和一起工作的preceptors们说，这个order是我的
了，放一边我来处理
首先page prescriber，回电话的是个medical resident
跟她对话颇不顺利，首先跟我说病人是PE, 然后说已经跟icu 的 attending说过这事，
他们都知道病人有hx of HIT，但还是决定用lovenox。最后说她也不容易，resident得
听attending的呀。我还没开口呢，她就硬的软的全都上来了～晕呀！但HIT是严重反应
，不能随便退缩，必须表明我的观点，大概意思就是Lovenox也会引起HIT的，虽然病人

II is 24 hours, so the sampling outside of a window of 24 hours after a
dosing event could indicate a missing dose unless otherwise explicitly
indicated as 36, 48 or 96 hours sampling events, etc. I did not include
such cases in my example.
In my original example dataset, I did not make any missing values. I wanted
to begin with the simplest scenario :-) |

To yOm and Actuaries:
06Jan2000 is a sampling corresponding to the dosing on 05Jan2000. The
records on 07Jan2000 and 08Jan2000 were added by yOm, which do not
necessarily abide the rule of the data set.
Let's concentrate on the data from 01Jan2000 to 06Jan2000.
Essentially, there may be a number of sampling events (the ones on 01Jan2000
and 05Jan2000) follow |

EC50比第一个的大了快10倍. 实在想不出来为什么,求解.
目前两次实验的不同是, 第一次实验细胞被洗掉不少, 第二次实验很小心, 细胞留下的
比较多,整个信号比较高,但是因为有total做control,不应该不同,
另一个就是,第二个实验serum starve之前没洗,直接加plain media 去做了, 不知道会
不会影响phosphorylation的水平.

allopurinol, colchicine
aminoglycosides, beta-lactams, fluoroquinolone, bactrim, vanco, macrolide,
azoles, some antivirals
digoxin, dabigatran, lovenox
tramadol, gabapentin, pregabalin, morphine
venlafaxine
metoclopramide
以下是肾功能较严重不足就要注意避免的一些药物：
metformin
duloxetine
nitrofurantoin
NSAIDs
K-sparing diuretics
lithium
xarelto
bisphosphonate
CKD的病人如果有高血压或者糖尿病，应该使用ACEI/ARB，不过医生好像常常忽略~ 药
剂师在做chart review的时候不要忘记检查哦。同时还要记得monitor serum
creatinine and K+. |

or from my previous experience, addl can be calculated by expanding all the
dates in a CDP(constant dosing period), of course you 'll have to know the
start date and end date of each CDP. |

's analysis in the briefing document is that there was no SS of astrocytomas
in male rats or female rats.
