EFFECTIVE DOSE EQUIVALENT 的单位也是Sv 呀
NCRP 在制定dose limit的时候用的是EFFECTIVE DOSE EQUIVALENT
而不是DOSE EQUIVALENT， 因此这个wt 已经被考虑进去了
因为wt=1 for whole body , 因此DOSE EQUIVALENT=EFFECTIVE DOSE EQUIVALENT
其他各个器官的wt 都<1 ,有不是大与１

1. 看TIME*DOSE 的 p-value 来决定要不要保留interaction term: TIME*DOSE。
1.1. 如果 p-value TIME*DOSE < alpha，TIME*DOSE, TIME和DOSE都要保留在model.
1.2. 如果 p-value TIME*DOSE > alpha，去掉interaction term, 重新run model.

I really don't know about the doxorubicin business. Theoretically, it should
be 102 mg in one day. Why 140mg in two days? I am not sure.
We recommend limiting lifetime cumulative dose to <550 mg/m2 to reduce risk
of cardiotoxicity. Your mother's dose is 140mgx4=560mg, while 550mg/m2x1.7
m2=935mg. 560mg is less than 935mg. She should still be fine.

同的dose找到他们的MTD。你不能固定几个NCE而只测量一个NCE的不同doses，你没有其
它NCE在人体的数据，只有pre-clinical 的数据。所以，你应该找出它们在不同组合
doses 在人 的MTD。

1. 看TIME*DOSE 的 p-value 来决定要不要保留interaction term: TIME*DOSE。
1.1. 如果 p-value TIME*DOSE < alpha，TIME*DOSE, TIME和DOSE都要保留在model.
1.2. 如果 p-value TIME*DOSE > alpha，去掉interaction term, 重新run model.
2. Model checking
2.1 你的dose是continuous，还是categorical，高、中、低，如果是后者需specify
CLASS.
2.2 你的response COUNT，是binomial outcome不，即N个实验下X个成功鸟，如果是，
用Logistic model。如果单纯COUNT，试Poisson model。
3. 建议找个搞统计的同学帮你分析，表自己瞎忙。

我上次三月失败时的protocol是早上micro-dose Lupron and Menopur， 晚上 micro-
dose Lupron and Gonal-F.
但这次医生改成:
• 吃完避孕药后第三天开始早晚各打0.2 cc micro-dose Lupron
• 然后早上打0.2 cc micro-dose Lupron 和 3 vials Menopur， 晚上打0.2
cc micro-dose Lupron和225ml Gonal-F。打两天
• 之后都是早上打0.2 cc micro-dose Lupron 和225ml Gonal-F， 晚上打0.
