老车如果之前每3万英里从来不换变速箱油，那么过了9万以后就不要再flush了，就算

不要power flush，有些修车的地方从transmission cooler line朝外放，同时加fluid
这么flush，这种方法可能还行。不过最保险的还是drain refill，而且有drain plug
这样搞很方便。
因为drain and refill的时候不能把torque converter里面的ATF换出来，所以要多搞
几次才能更换大部分的fluid，所以即使每次都放光，其实也没有把fluid全放出来。 |

观点2：新车时候开始drain，每2年或者3w；OEM的油也可；
观点3：按照厂家建议，现在是100k flush一次；
观点4：不管flush还是drain，倒150k时候很多车都会出问题；
观点5：不管以前如何，立马开始按照观点2开始做，必须原厂油。
几天下来，好累。擦。
人家honda手册明确写着，新车6w然后每3w开始drain。
写上能死阿，手册理含含糊糊的，还终极drive machine呢，完全不给车主diy的机会。
火花塞就更神奇，写着service 2建议换。尼玛到底是6w还是10w，12w。。。
fuel filter就更更神奇，又一个lifetime。怎么可能。 |

也不确定发对地方没有。
我的车04 lexus es330，passeger side 前后座地面都积水，应该是雨后积水的。确定
是水不
是其它液体。而且只有地板是湿的。
1. 检查了a/c drain, 没有堵塞。
2. 检查了前面两个天窗 sunroof drain, 没有堵塞。不过就算sun roof drain堵住了
，我没开天窗应该也不会漏水。而且天花板没湿。
3. 检查了windhood下面的出水口，没有堵塞。
周五去下午去修车的地方检查了，说ac没问题。建议去body shop看看。不过body shop
周一才开。

坏了，有的时候机油如果在别的地方换，由于维修商可能没有配套的drain plug,他们
可能给你上一个aftermarket的，通常是over sized那么下次再换原厂的时候可能就不
匹配了导致漏油。那么这时候车行的员工一般都会征求客人意见，说这个drain plug是
oversized，拧下来有风险，客人愿不愿意继续换，如果客人同意那么出了事客人要自
己负责。

发帖数: 965 | 21 在美国DIY换机油很普遍。近几年我也都自己换。其实不省钱，oil + OEM filter,
drain plug washer要超过40刀，算下来比拿着coupon找人换还贵一点。自己换，就是
觉得放心，还有一点DIY的乐趣。这里给想自己换油的同胞一些建议。
首选，安全第一，毕竟人要往车下面钻, 防护措施要做好。我自己是把车开到一对ramp
上,一对jack stand放到两侧的jack point下, 一对wheel chock放到后轮子下面，然后
把后刹拉起。
第二点，买OEM engine oil filter，购买时要核对一下Part Number,以免柜台给错。
建议买OEM的，除非你有经验，很清楚你要买的filter。用什么型号的油，参照手册。
第三点，如果是新车，第一次换机油的话，查手册，google, 搞清楚engine oil pan的
位置，别错吧transmission的fluid放了。不同的车，engine oil pan可能在 drive
side的下面，也可以是passenger的下面。

wrench 上drain plug 不会overtighten.
dealer 一般图快，肯定干活糙，一般也不用torque wrench. 不时有人说dealer的学徒
工忘了tighten drain plug, 或者overtigheten drain plug, 还居然有忘记给你
refill motor oil, 不一而足。

2. fill with new ATF fluid;
3. run car and shift gear to all gears; shift in P and idle certain minutes
(based on manual) and shut off engine.

You can turn off the water to dish washer first (if you don't use it), you
should see a valve under the sink for it.

刚装了个sink disposer， 结果LD打了一些菠萝皮，堵住了。。。无语
用了drain auger，不管用（不够长），估计堵住的地方起码在15feet以外。因为，要
过好一段时间才能看到sink里的水堵起来。另外，这个sink的drain好像和楼上浴室连
在一块的。堵住时，一甩disposer水都涌到楼上浴缸里了。
我估计是是堵在房子外的什么地方了。有什么办法查房子的drain system 的图纸么？
或者有什么别的办法疏通下水道么？

我建议你不要从里面修；不要在地下室搞french drain。你想想，french drain的作用
是接收来的水，然后用sump pump抽走，所以你的墙上还是有水的，只是地面上没有水
；你这个地下室还是不能装修。而且french drain接受水的开口处是昆虫的天堂。
要么就痛下决心，把deck掀了再搞。反正要搞好没有几千不行；Deck重新钉个木头也没
有多少钱。掀了deck后，就挖深到漏水处；从外面用hydronic cement补洞；然后用好
的防水材料刷外墙；然后填好土，要填高，使得水往远处流；然后再钉deck。可以参考

your existing shower drain).
My suggestion is a to use a kerdi shower system (which include a very nice
drain) to do the water proofing on the floor and walls.

屋顶下来的下水管子肯定会延长一下把水引到里房子远一点的地方，这个没问题。
我本来准备沿着地势高的那一边和房子墙平行着挖一条沟或者french drain什么的，把
上游的水引走（据说大家都是把沟或者french drain的开口开到sideway上，相当于从
路边的下水道流走），这样房子地势高的那一侧可能会少一些流下来的水。可是后来觉
得french drain引走的只是地表的水（雨水什么的），不知道会不会对地下室有帮助。
因为那个地下室下面的水位貌似离地下室地面只有40厘米，而且别管下小雨还是晴天都
是一样。怎么才能判断地下室水位高是什么原因造成的呢？多谢您热心的答复！ |

water filled, you can just hit the cancel button, it should force a drain at
this point, you look into your disposal, you should see water come from the
side.
If water is hard to see, you can put some cool aid powder in the machine, it
should color the water red (or what ever color you put in).
If the water is draining very slow, you have something blocking it, you need
to clean it out. |

1) Get someone to help you to open up the drywall on your side completely
until you don't notice anymore moisture damage. Spray some mildew killer (
lysol with bleach to kill existing mold 1st) and let it air out or use a fan
(don't stay in the room). Don't worry about the damage since drywall's
cheap as hell to replace, taping, plaster, texture and repaint's not a big
deal either.

foundation seal，也没有看到proper的exterior drainage，所以我们要做的话，需要

屋内倒是搞好了一个french drain然后带了sump pump
我们拿Inspector的结果去问屋主，可是结论却是他们说他们有，叫做rainfall drain
，town里面还有record， blahblah, 有drywell在后院，也有一个drain from gutter
to lower part of their front yard
今天我们打了电话给town，town里面说他们不对drainage作record，那我们能从town里
面拿到啥信息呢？

drain pump 直接连着的是洗衣机边上的水漕,
负责把水漕里的水(洗衣机排出来的或洗手洗东西出来的)排到地面上去.
洗衣机是该换了,只是还没看到合适的.
就算换了洗衣机也还得靠这个drain pump干活哦...
