达拉斯跑步俱乐部（Dallas Running Club）每年一届的斑马是达拉斯这一个不小的比
赛。今年是３５届，有２７００多人完成比赛。比赛日期总是在这里每年一届的最大的
马拉松比赛达拉斯白石湖 马拉松的前４周（今年是１１月６日），正好作为白石湖的
预赛，测验一下训练效果和比赛目标。这也是狼参加比赛的目的。
俱乐部的英文缩写是DRC。这个比赛简称DRC Half（一半）。碰巧古狗DRC Half没关中
文输入，屏幕上显示单人床，好玩，就以此命名吧。哈。
３月份狼跑过个人最好成绩１：２１：４３。８个月来训练很不错，体重也降了３－５
斤。虽比赛开始气温预报是１８度，也知道赛道有坡，但不知道详情。狼一直 在天热
的地方生活，也不知１８度对比赛成绩的影响有多大。最后决定起步按１：１９：３０
跑，跑的好，最后５公里能加速的话，还有可能破１：１９，减速了， 应该能保在１
：２０以内。
哈哈，主意是打的不错。
慢跑热身后，换上比赛鞋，脱掉外面的长衫，存包，上个厕所。知道自己会在前２０名

layout现在对yield的影响是致命的，
高性能的chip根本不是什么DRC注意一下就行的
当然你也可以把面积搞大点减少layout上的限制
但是这个对成本性能都是负面影响
好的layout是好的设计的核心部分
这个不小心你的critical path都废了，就不要提性能了 |

设计流程应该还行，主要是cadence,上学用IC5141，工作用了两年IC6.0。模拟工具从
前到后主要的都会用，spectre,hspice也行，verilog也会点小规模的。虽然放了几年
，捡起来应该用不了多久。现在工业界主打啥工具呢？几年没关心过了。Lvs,Drc,Lpe
，后仿真啥的都自己做过三四个回合了，也不是问题，上硕士时还给foundry写过DRC什
么的规则文件。脚本也写过简单的，复杂的没经验。
问题是做这些是不是一点上升的空间也没有了？也希望作点稍微有技术含量的事。哪些
公司有招这样的位置呢？我对这边的招工情况不太熟呢。谢谢，看来您是业内人士，不
觉就问多了，抱歉。我有空先自己做做功课，查到资料吧。 |

“世界银行”与“中国国务院发展研究中心”同心协力，里应外合，并肩战斗，共同对
敌，终于产生了一个伟大的中西合璧的 “联合研究报告”。其来龙去脉究竟怎么回事
？虽说如今开放了，成了“信息世界”、“新闻自由”了，但现有的中文报道都很有点
语焉不详。倒是世界银行行长佐利克2012年2月27日的讲话披露了不少实情。可惜世界
银行的网站只刊登了佐利克讲话的英文稿，没有给出中文译文。本人没功夫全文翻译，
只摘几句话附上译文，再补充点背景材料，让大家看看人家的原话，然后自己评价。

真该感谢佐利克——要不是这位洋大人的当众嘉奖引起了我的注意和好奇、随手搜索了
一下，我还真不会发现勾结世界银行秘密安排中国命运、把持“国务院发展研究中心”
的头号人物竟然是个“破产专家”——更确切地说，是“国有企业政策性破产专家”。
这可是官方网站的正式资料——李伟：国务院发展研究中心主任、党组副书记，“长期
从事宏观经济、国有企业改革、企业国有产权管理、国有企业政策性破产、国有企业金
融衍生产品投资管理、企业信息化等方面实践和政策研究工作”（http://www.drc.gov.cn/zxld.asp）

。有多长期？官方资料一清二楚：1991年进国务院，1998年成国务院办公室大拿——正

慈善行为，并称政府应考虑对慈善采取政策鼓励，例如减免税收。
中国的富人购买了很多西方国家富翁品味的东西：艺术品、湾流私人飞机、DRC葡
萄酒和爱玛仕手袋。但微软(MSFT)联合创始人比尔·
盖茨认为，他们还没有接受一个最重要的东西，那就是慈善。
胡润报告显示，2013年中国前100位慈善家总计仅捐款8.90亿美元。相比之下，美
国前50位慈善家去年共捐出77亿美元，其中仅Face-book创始人马克·扎克伯格和他的
妻子就捐献了近10亿美元，超过中国前100位慈善家的捐款总额。因此也就不难理解为
什么盖茨会公开呼吁中国的富人们多做善事了。
盖茨近日在新加坡接受媒体采访时表示：“当类似灾难这样的事情(在中国)发生时
，你会看到基本的慷慨行为，但系统性的慈善行为在那里还是很难看到，例如向卫生事
业捐款、捐款给大学做研究，以及为残疾人捐款等。”
他表示，中国应考虑慈善友好型政策，例如对捐献者减免税收。 |

会晤，双方共同确认中韩自贸区结束实质性谈判。会晤后，在两国领导人共同见证下，
中国商务部部长高虎城和韩国通商产业资源部部长尹相直，分别代表两国政府签署了结
束中韩自贸区实质性谈判的会议纪要。
中韩自贸区谈判于2012年5月启动，是我国迄今为止对外商谈的覆盖领域最广、涉
及国别贸易额最大的自贸区。根据谈判成果，在开放水平方面，双方货物贸易自由化比
例均超过“税目90%、贸易额85%”。协定范围涵盖货物贸易、服务贸易、投资和规则共
17个领域，包含了电子商务、竞争政策、政府采购、环境等“21世纪经贸议题”。同时
，双方承诺在协定签署后将以负面清单模式继续开展服务贸易谈判，并基于准入前国民
待遇和负面清单模式开展投资谈判。中韩自贸区谈判实现了“利益大体平衡、全面、高
水平”的目标。
