如果月光不是故意挖坑，而是内心真实反映的话。那看起来，
月光多半小时候没有在美国的 within National Top 10%
的切身感受（这里假设月光小时候是在美国教育长大的。如果
是在祖国长大的，那么 percentiles 可能是 National
Top 1% 以内，因为祖国混吃不如美帝容易。当然具体数字

1。稳健型，大规律，每笔小赚，statistic arbitrage.
2. 彩票型，小规律，每笔都亏，只有少笔大赚，event driven。
如果你有一笔钱，你要这2种都要有，因为彩票型不需要所有的资金，不可能你每天或
每个星期放所有的钱进去找winner。大部分全输掉，小部分赢，然后正回报。那就变成
稳健型了。
所以资金大多都是在稳健型里，一小部分资金做event driven。每个都要有回报指标线
.小规律一年也会有expected return range，在stastical significance里.
你的笑话里做event driven回报不会非常高的，对冲基金都有在做，我也有。如果你能
回报非常高，那就开对冲基金，收20%回报比你自己做钱要来快多了。 |

总体来说， 有学龄娃的家庭，一般从四月份开始看房。 前三个月的房市热不是学区房
和大房driven. 前三个月的房市主要有以下特点：
1。 房市是以投资房和无娃或小娃市场driven. 所以小房子，交通便利的房市最热；
2。 前三个月的房市是以Cambridge 为中心和Boston 城里比较热。 最热的当属
Cambridge, 比如某一居室，从55万被抢到70多万。 离Cambridge 近的Somerville，

典型的knee driven和锄头脚。如果照这个方式打下去，练多久都没用，只能在歧途上
越走越远。如果我是你，每次练习会以分解动作为主，可以抱板打水*00米，然后夹板
划水*00米。基础动作练出样子了，再合在一起。暂时先不要戴fin。
我之前回复过你，“打腿不是靠小腿的。胯带动大腿，大腿带动小腿。初学的时候，脚
面绷直，膝盖不要弯。”yunlong和我又都在回复中贴了视频，你再读下回复，看看视
频，体会一下。然后再去池子里练练。
最早我的打腿也是knee driven，后来私教指出来，让我改正。就是“脚面绷直，膝盖
不要弯”。这种打法练起来比knee driven累很多很多，但是坚持到底就是胜利。我一
开始25米池，都要中间歇3-4次才能打完25米。没关系，歇好了再接着打。关键是姿势
一定要正确。打腿和划手都是打基础的练习，一定不能偷懒。只有地基打好打深，楼才
能盖得高。
