antihistamine is causing dizziness and drowsiness. The one you listed here
may also cause dizziness due to phenyl ephedrine vasoconstriction effect.
如果娜娜只需要止咳，用dextromethorphan就够啦，其他成分只有增加副作用！

counter.
If topical don't work, you may need oral antihistamine. Benadryl is the best
for rash and itching, but it will cause drowsiness. You may take it at
bedtime to avoid driving and help sleeping.

如果再睡不着，可以弄点benadryl，是抗过敏药，可以让人drowsy，有的人会用它助眠
，有时候就睡着了。
如果是因为时差，可以用melatonin，睡前20-40分钟吃，调节昼夜节律很管用。
如果是因为焦虑和抑郁之类的心情问题的话，可以考虑去看医生短时间用点处方药，但
是都不是长期的solution啊。。还是要调整自己的心情 |

基本上就是人体的免疫系统对于无害异物的过激反应。
常用的症状包括打喷嚏、流鼻水、鼻塞，眼睛痒、发红，咳嗽（严重时有类似于哮喘的
症状，我就有。晚上咳得非常难受，肺都要咳出来的感觉）
目前来说，机制不明，有很多种可能。
常见的非处方药包括claritin和Benadryl(这个会有drowsy,只能在晚上服用)。
对于我来说，两个都不给力，所以我现在基本上不吃。
我还用过止咳药，因为晚上副交感神经太活跃了，不停的咳嗽。
常用的偏方是本地蜂蜜，平时就得用，不能花粉来了才用。
有人有效，有人无效。这个原理上有点类似于脱敏反应，不过剂量上小太多了，所以个
人认为对于平时过敏不严重的人有点用。
根据本人的翻阅，free radical可能是过敏机制中的一个重要因素，这是导致肥大细胞
和嗜碱细胞的氧化破坏的可能原因。
葡萄籽（grape seeds)有对抗自由基的功能，所以我试了,觉得有效。
当然也可能刚好跟花粉季基本上过去有关。
明年再试一次，基本上就可以判断出葡萄籽对我有没有效。 |

了）。
船停了6，7次给大家钓鱼时间，最后一杆就钓到一条，9：30不到，那时候已经没力气
了，怪不得说钓鱼有益身心健康，真挺锻炼身体的。
两个人估计一共钓了有20来斤比目鱼。累的不行了进船里休息，结果我一发不可收拾的
昏睡过去了，连捞螃蟹都没有旁观上....睡睡醒醒了几次后，我终于意识到这不是因为
我起早了而困，而是因为我吃的那片low drowsy的晕船药害的！

定的事情；书本上当然有个recommended time frame, 但是具体到实际情况还得个案讨
论，就像临床我对一个300磅的美国胖子和一个100磅的中国女生，我肯定得做调整；如
果女性来看尿路感染，对于一个症状昨天才开始的人和一个疼了一个星期的人，剂量和
时间肯定也是不同；并不是什么都是死的。
如果副作用已经超越了therapeutic effect,当然要权衡利弊；对药产生resistance是
possible,拉肚子是现实发生的，你说是顾虚的还是顾实的？难不成再抱猫去打点滴？
至于抗生素，并不是强弱之分的，也不是新一代就比老一代副作用大，如果那样的话，
新药根本上市不了。新药的coverage大当然是好事，新药也会弥补老药的很多副作用。
就像越新的抗过敏药，drowsy的副作用越小。
