终于完成了第一个ultra race - TNF 的熊山５０迈，１２：５７：５０。
去年芝马之后就想着报一个春天的比赛，能带动冬天的训练，很久之前爬山就心仪熊山
的这个比赛，但没想过什么时候能跑。报名的时候报的是马拉松，结果在几个朋友的鸡
血下，把报的马拉松改成了５０miles，决心挑战下自己。１２月的mileage都很少，中
间又是旅行又是过节的，到一月中开始正式进入１６个周的训练计划。计划就是网上找
来的针对beginner准备５０miles的计划。贴在下面了.
因为之前首马的训练基本执行的很差，这次下定决心严格执行，pace没有任何目标，以
完成mileage为目标，目标单一完成的压力要小好多。
Week - M - T - W - TH - F - S - SU

84年是个好年景，让俺伤心的还真不多。
年初，国家队参加尼赫鲁杯，1-0赢了阿根廷队，赵达裕最后3分钟不到时的一次巧
射，给了俺们中国球迷又一次的大吹大擂，自娱自乐的的本钱。当然，估计那支阿根廷
是只水队。最后的冠军是波兰队。同时，中国还战胜了罗马尼亚和其他几个强队，最后
两负波兰(？)，获得亚军。
5月，日本麒麟杯，中国队负日本，赢了只法国的俱乐部队，好像决赛输给了爱尔兰。
7月，长城杯，最精彩的是中国3-0胜加拿大。半决赛，中国队前15分钟连进3球搞定。
可古广明在本方领先3球的情况下，居然被红牌罚下，不能参加决赛，实在够可以的。
决赛，李大队长有点木，对德国的什么曼海母队失了一球。其实，519后的闹事，在这
次比赛已经初现狰容。比赛结束后，不满中国队失利的球迷就向曼海母队扔了杂物和汽
水瓶。
年底，亚洲杯赛，在新加坡还是吉隆坡俺记不清了。好像是新加坡。赛前，忘了古
仔因为什么被中国足协停赛半年。更有意思的是，亚洲足联以此想取消古参加亚洲

of months before that, so, I was really bad..
I did have the basic knowledge of pot odds and just read two Harrington's
books on tournaments. I guess it was a big deal and helped me a lot, lol.
I won around 1.3K in 2-3 days' sessions. I would say most players were bad,
and I was lucky. One quads hand saved my ass one night. If I hadn't hit the
one out, I would be down two buyins ($300 * 2) that night and may go back to

发帖数: 589 | 12 这次玩前做了一些功课，好多都没用上，在此贴出来，希望能对其他人有些用。
顺便再说几个小地方：
1、我们发现在高速上隔一长段没有加油站的时候，如果是快进城市了最先出现的那个加油站基本上是最贵的，接下来的出口会便宜一些，最多有便宜4毛。
2、我们每天的行程基本上都和GPS给出的时间差不多，很顺利，只有快到LV和LV的时候会堵车，I-40，AR、TX和OK限速是70，NM和AZ是75，我们一般都开到限速或者再多个5-10mi，还能省出加油的时间。
3、我们被警察叔叔拦过两回，一次是12月25日，一次是1月1日，看来美国警察假日也不休啊！

明的色块，本来就不是走高清路线的，纹理渲染上缺乏细节也无所谓了，反正N的独占
看着还都挺舒服吧，跨平台的当然就差太多了……
N真是当之无愧的冷饭王，比光荣牛多了，好多NES时代的游戏换个壳就拿出来卖了，比
