别的地方我不熟悉，COUNTYLINE路两边很多了。这条路我总走。
特别是55街交COUNTYLINE的东南角，有一大块地正在开发。
不过我如果有钱，不会买那，那属于COOKCOUNTY了，我还是愿意买DUPAGE COUNTY的房
，不说别的，不能买半自动步枪这一条就一票否决。 |

basic idea is if county assessed value is more than 1/3 of fair market value
, you can file appeal.
therefore, you calculate fair market value (3 recent comparables within same
subdivision),
then using fair market value / 3 = fair assessed value. if your assessed
value on property tax bill is more than fair assessed value, you can file.

都不远。房租920，包水，气和heating。 |

SB16法案的重灾区是NORTH COOK COUUNTY，WEST COOK COUNTY，DuPAGE，LAKE。
像中国人比较多的OAKPARK，林肯公园，埃文斯顿，naperville，hinsdale这些都要被
CUT很多。
CHICAGO地区唯一的WINNER是SOUTH COOK COUNTY。经费得到增加。
SOUTHLOOP我假设应该属于SOUTH COOK COUNTY吧？ |

所知道的Naperville地区。
203学区：
属于DuPage County；白人，华人较多；印裔也不少；西裔一般，黑人少。Naperville
Central High及Naperville North High非常不错，比Naperville其余两个要好；
Kennedy Junior High及Meadow Glen Elementary School就不用说了，好的不是一星半
点。Hobson Road（西起Washington东不超过韩裔教堂）是整个Naperville地区最精华
的部分，大量好房子分布在路的两边；其中路北侧Donwood森林里面，有很多非常昂贵
的房子。如要自己建房，Hobson Pond（Washington路口）社区还有2个Lots
204学区：
属于Will County；有大量西裔及黑人（Plainfield及Aurora地区近10年有大量西裔及
黑人搬入，你如果逛Fox Valley Mall就会强烈的感受到。另外临近Bolingbrook黑人也
