lease, add tenants (you can find yourself) for rest of the lease it. This
way it is technically not sublease but you are adding new dwellers to share
the apt with you. Basically you need to be on the lease to ensure the rent
payment full and on-time.
We were in the same situation when we purchased our hose and moved out of
the rent apt and it worked well.

Nowadays, absolute majority of these people would not even consider having a
second child, even if the law permits. Of course, those very rich city
dwellers will be glad with such a new policy. |

The question is whether 土共 is that powerful itself.
As far as the so-called "民愤", it is really not an issue as long as the two
ends of the population spectrum (very rich/powerful and the poor) are taken
care of. The so-called middle class city dwellers can keep their finger
crossed that they are anywhere on 土共's caring mind. |
