看出来 compressor 漏了，不能修，要整个换，并且还要换另外两个没坏的部件，这样
才能qualify 1-year warranty. 总计要$1200 包含一次基本的换机油。空调的问题是
大致两年前开始的，现象是车前面（驾驶员）的出风口出的是凉风，后面的出风口出的
就不是。发现后重新充了否里昂和放了Dye，这样在Arizona坚持了大概两年,现在又不
行了。请懂行的说说到底要不要换compressor,还是再充点否里昂 （大概不到$100)，
然后每一到两年充一次。如果要换的话，大概多少钱比较合理。brake master告诉我光
部件就$850还不包括税,还说要去dealer那儿换,光部件就$1250.
请发表一点意见吧.我是车盲.谢谢了. |

他们的建议，也是买了general finish的水基dye和finish，他们对minwax的评价也很
差。
不同的是我没有用stain，用dye给finish加了颜色。 |

们去home depot买漆，工作人员就是从货架上拿下来一罐白漆，放到自动配色机底下添
加颜色。
stain通常没有遮盖作用，只有色料。pigment stain是里面有颜色的固体悬浮小颗粒，
它们能嵌入木头本身的纹理中。光滑表面其实也可以用gel stain，应该是靠gel里面的
粘合剂附着在表面。
我用过dye stain。dye的颜色是来自分子而不是颗粒，渗透力更强。 |

三个月漏掉的话是肯定可以查得出来的。用Dye和氮气都行，用Dye 速度快，用氮气是
传统测法，可能会慢一点，可许多师傅还是喜欢用氮气测，氮气测还有一个好处是保持
冷媒管道干净。
如果检查出来后，漏的位置有时候运气好的话是可以烧焊补的，务必看清楚点。 |

general finishes生产一些water based stain,你可以看看，产品质量还不错。
water based stain 其实不好用，木头遇到water,会raise grain, 表面变得很粗糙。
你还要做一道pre-raise grain,然后sand down... 太麻烦。。。
除非你对oil vapor 特别敏感，water based stain其实意义不大, stain外面还是有一
个top coat,这个top coat 是floor质量的关键。 |

Yes, in Taiwan, it is--or will be--the time of our generation, too. Although
Former Pres. Chen and current Pres. Ma Ying-jeou are not much older than I,
but at least I do not need to dye my hair to have it look black (I do have
a few white hairs, though). (I am sure, judging from their photgraphs, that
both dye the hair.)
I have one more advantage: I am more handsome than either of them.

If you really really want to make sure, there are things you need
to check:
1. did they change the fluorescent lamp/detector in the realPCR machine?
2. Did you use the same DNA dye in the PCR reaction? (if the dye is loaded
in the premix kit, then it is not consistent between batches and cannot be
used to do direct comparison)

我没做过不太清楚效果。还有什么和ligation结合的，HRM的。你说的太笼统了。
Taqman是用probe,两边一个dye一个quencher，不同的sequence dye不一样，一管PCR搞
定。这个基本上是业界的标准方法 |

印象中，在pre-run的时候，需要在dye中加一些特别的试剂。在pre-run的时候，我也
把dye给run出胶，我记得buffer好象需要在pre-run后需要更换，因为这种buffer的缓
冲能力不太强。另外，在run的时候特别易产热，需要在cold room中进行。 |

着腹股沟做皮下注射,打进去的mammary tumor cell也确实长出了mammary tumor。但是
我最近用dye试了一下，发现打进去的东西未必进了mammary gland.
如果针头从5号nipple扎进去，一直伸到4号nipple下面，能不能确保是打进了mammary
gland？我试过，貌似能行，但不确定，因为fat pad大部分都没有染上dye. |

in neurons but not in MEFs.
Based on your objective, I do think probably using a dye may be better than
aequorin. But the experimental conditions need to be carefully taken care of
since Fura2-AM imaging may be affected by many variables.
