而E11是在领事馆调整身份。 |

激活是E19？境外不知道，呵呵。现在这个版上面小于E16的很少吧，境外获得绿卡的通
常是家属移民，EB1类的就更少了吧。 |

发帖数: 290 | 31 6月去加拿大回美的时候做轮渡入境遇到了相同的情况。显然那个officer不了解相关的
条文，E16的卡偏要问我sponsor的employer是谁，那时候我已经离职自己创业了。 偶
理直气壮地告诉他就是我自己sponser，E16不需要employer神马的，officer显然被偶
的大无畏和理直气壮所折服，将信将疑地就放我走人了。
我觉得是一些海关的officer业务不熟悉导致的，毕竟E16卡不太常见。 不用担心。 |

我EB1A，绿卡已到手，到手以后快一年吧，quit了工作，现在在家复习考试。
同时申请的副卡迟迟不见回复，直到昨天面试的时候，面试官质疑我现在没有工作是否
还有资质为配偶办理。同时指着我的绿卡说我的category是E16，我配偶的category应
当是E17，还在最后的notice上面用红笔标了E17回来。
当时不懂E17啥意思，现在回来一查，E17指的是EB1B，也就是说需要雇主支持的啊。
E16的配偶本应该是E19啊。这可怎么办好！记得面试官的名字，可是没有他的联系方式
；给移民局打电话能有人管吗？眼看着下个月就又要开始排期了，这可如何是好啊！！

于是乎，就在gnome下直接把metacity删掉用xfwm，gnome-panel换成xfce-panel
