我们都很忙。有些事情是urgent。有些事情是important。
我们每天只有24小时。假如不能全部做完，应该做什么呢？
如果是先做urgent的事情，我们就用earliest deadline first
排序。如果是先做important的事情，我们就用priority queue
排序。
我觉得我们应该做important的事情，而不是urgent的事情。
譬如说，你答应了给人写天牛信，你就应该给按时写。不然
会影响别人的学术生涯。你答应了写IEEE Fellow的信，你
就要在三月一号之前提交。我做NSF panel review一般都很
准时。为什么？PM对我的认像很重要。同样的道理，DOD或者
DOE的review，也是很准时。你答应了给一个学报审稿，实在
忙不过来，晚些时间也就那么样了。
人总有忙不过来的时候。我们就不得不学会推辞一些邀请。
总结语：
我们要先做important的事情。身体健康是最重要的事情。
