8月份在ebay上买了个新手机，一直用的好好的，结果这个月某天突然不能上移动网络
了，不能打电话接电话，不能用移动网络上网，t-mobile客服一查原来是手机因为non-
payment被block了。然后我联系卖家，不管是发邮件还是打电话都没有任何理会，ebay
客服帮我发了信也没有得到回音，现在差不多已经过了三个星期了，手机还是被block
着，只好用旧手机暂时用着。该卖家的ebay id是quickcell417。第一次碰到这种情况
，请问现在该怎么办？该报警吗？先谢了！ |

或者买gc太多都可能会这句话。paypal非常恶心，不告诉具体为什么。网上四五年前就
有一堆人report这个bug，到现在也没有答复也没有修复这个bug，可能他们看来这不是
bug。打电话也没用，paypal说是ebay的问题，ebay说找paypal。真难怪ebay会裁员几

前几天在Ebay买CVS GC，
第一次透过Paypal 付费方式，使用Ebay GC付款，
成功，
接著想要直接把Ebay link Paypal account，
点击link my Paypal account,
只会出现create paypal account,
根本无法link 原有的paypal,
好几天了,
Ebay , Paypal 地址都一致,
也试了safari, google chrome,
都没办法成功关连

方的feedback score是759分）。我在接受offer后的第二天就发货了（Fedex，买了保
险cover $1000）。后来比较忙，直到今天才发现一直没收到付款，给ebay打电话被告
知是我自己的责任（因为我没收到钱就发货了）。天哪，我都不敢相信这是真的！以前
在ebay卖过几个手机，都是直接发货没出现过什么问题，因为我默认ebay会在offer接
受的那一刻hold住买方的钱，在货到没问题以后转到我的paypal账户！请问现在该怎么
办？如何讨要这$1000块，ebay难道没有责任吗？当时Fedex买的保险有用吗？真的快要
崩溃了，求大家出出主意！ |

然后等大概一个小时，ebay gc就会从email过来。马上用email 过来的ebay gc在ebay
上买gc,
全程整个过程从撸到射到打扫卫生最好不超过一个小时。 |

道这个卖家其实是二道贩子？他看到cardpool有GS GC的折扣，然后自己在ebay上买，然

：我知道ebay上很多人把亚马逊当成仓库，直接用gift option给买家寄，0库存0成本0

几天我就可以看到balance了。连查了几天都没有，今天又打电话，都两个多星期了，
接电话的竟然说钱都返给paypal了，不管怎么说都说是paypal的责任，给我转到paypal
。paypal的CSR竟然睁眼说瞎话非说我当时GC只付600多所以全额退了600多。挂了重打
换了个CSR说你是付了800多，我们也退了800多到你GC，所以我们没责任。我们这边都
是成功的，是ebay的GC接收端有问题，你找他们。我说那你退款没到我卡上怎么叫成功
？她说反正他们账上是成功全额退了。我又打电话给ebay，新开了个case，接着等。
我其余的GC全部用完了，就等着ebucks到帐后我全部用掉，然后BBB。等BBB结束后，成
功不成功我都会把ebay和paypal账户关掉。这种流氓公司再有啥deal我都不沾边了。 |

，回头发现其实第一天paypal就有一个$150credit refund, 找到以前的ebay GC 号码
一试，居然是满额$200,我小本子上的记录的确是用$150买的bestbuy GC，用$50买的别
的GC。于是赶紧花掉了这$200.
今天BBB email说有回复，也没去查，正好ebay要买东西，试一试这个ebay GC，居然又
有$150credit balance， 于是赶紧用。有点聚宝盆的感觉。
幸亏我的所以GC，不光是ebayGC，都有详细的记录，哪天买的，哪里买的，面值多少，
哪天花的，买的什么，balance多少，都有记载，就算是回报吧。
对了，前几天10x ebay bucks 买的一张油卡，用的是kroger刚刚买的ebay GC 居然无
缘无故返还了$92, 油卡还在手上，油卡$100 balance也对，于是赶紧花了。 |

我觉得你如果是个经常上买买提的人，怎么会想到去ebay买gc呢？大家在买买提的二手
求gc还要考虑安全问题，你竟然敢去ebay，偶感觉你就是个极端，要么很傻很天真，要
么大勇大谋能handle了ebay上的风险。
现在你只能看看用信用卡去压ebay，没收到就是没收到，看看信用卡能不能帮你charge
back from ebay。
隔壁二手上经常能看到有9折的homedepot和lowes的gc。如果真想折腾就去那里找个信
誉好的id买些吧。 |

我帮她从英国ebay，澳大利亚ebay，加拿大ebay，美国ebay都买过东西，
贵的也有上百刀的（主要是一些designer fashion）
这些卖家都没有cancel，东西也都平安寄到了，甚至有几个卖家都没用tracking
如果买家象我一样诚实就没问题罗:P

到底应该找谁啊去ARGUE，发了MAIL给BING，说EBAY的BING CB事情归EBAY自己管，如果
ORDER DETAIL里面没有出现CB的AMOUNT的话，先找EBAY。
找了EBAY，EBAY又跟我说这个CB是归PAYPAL自己管的，要我找PAYPAL。。。
找了PAYPAL的在线客服，发现是个机器人，讲不清楚。那应该怎么弄的，打电话？？还
是发个MAIL？

但是今天收到Ebay的站内信说eBay Listing Removed，这个交易的信息也在我的已购买
物品栏里找不到了。不知道为什么。
我查看Paypal，发现已经付款成功了。
各位大仙有没有遇到过类似的事情啊？我已经通过paypal开了一个case以求解决这个问
题。

eBay 不允许卖的东西。
你和 Paypal 联系是对的，同时你也应当和 eBay 联系，好确定 Paypal 会把钱退给你
。这种情况下那个 seller 是拿不到钱的，所以就不用指望他会把货发给你了。 |

我没提供驾照，只提供了两份银行statement。
过了几天还不见解封，给Ebay打电话，说要做背景调查，
问了我汽车、所住county和街道等几道选择题后，解封了。没问我SSN
请问Ebay做的这是背景调查吗？还是信用检查？会影响到我吗？

如果收不到手机，你file dispute case，且陈述情况。如果你反应属实，最后的胜者
一定是你，Ebay会给你full refund。

我10月份在Ebay竞买到一个Iphone 4S，收到的iphone 4S状态远不是卖家声称的那样“
很新，且没有用过”。我也跟卖家多次messages联系，要求退货且退款。表面上卖家比
较诚恳，但就是懒着不退钱（我把手机寄回去了），最后，我open dispute case。

了。

转型
2000年前的几年一直在捣鼓电脑，那个时候攒一台电脑得2，3K。电脑配件是个倒卖，
倒卖的好商品。但90年代末股市大跌，电脑市场一下跌入低谷，随之个人电脑价格下滑
，Dell电脑的突起，各个小型电脑销售商逐渐淡出市场。我也不得不想法转行。
契机
一个偶然的机会帮助客户翻修了一批笔记本电脑的电池，发现当时不少的移动电子产品
的充电电池的寿命都有限，而原厂的配套电池价格昂贵。一块索尼的手提电脑电池要将
近 300美金，而替代品的价格在50美金。因为当时有在eBay上处理过一些电脑配件，在
小范围尝试后，一次订购了10万美元的100多种电池在eBay上销售。

NOTE: eBay和Amazon都是绑定你的信用卡地址的，如果你不愿意别人这么hold你的私人
信息。不要做。
我一个国内“朋友”的“朋友”给我说，借我ebay帐号登几个东西卖。我也没管。他们
不知道做了什么，最后ebay锁定帐号。进一步锁定我信用卡地址。现在是我打算关了我
那个帐号，ebay不同意说不符合他们流程，周六把ebay客服骂了个臭够，我说我私人信
息他们无权锁定。但是无济于事。我不知道他们打算用我的信息干什么，貌似是防止有
人用假信用卡重复卖东西？
因此，如果你不希望你的信用等信息在各大网站被加入黑名单，误听从楼上建议。此法
不可行。
好好规规矩矩做生意，别那别人信用卡开玩笑。
我知道你会说，你不会作任何违法的事。但是这就如同朋友让你带包药顺道，你知道那
事深吗？你知道什么时候他放别的？他凭什么在乎你的信用卡？
