，ebay网上告诉你wrong code.
打了好几个电话，ebay和paypal互相踢皮球，paypal说这钱已经在ebay GC了，那GC被
Ebay inactivated, ebay说他们管不了他们的GC.最后ebay CSR帮我打paypal,3-way
call, paypal还是一口咬定钱已经在原先的EBAY GC居然叫我找出我之前买EBAY GC的收
据.
我说只有ebay 这个 奇葩的GC居然activate以后钱用光了还能inactivate. |

发帖数: 1 | 3 以前,如果选了auction那一栏,再点sort里的 bid: most first, 就可以按所有买家出
价次数从多到少排序商品.
其实,这比amazon的评分靠谱多了! bid的人多的,一般都是好商品. 亚马逊评分高,是物
美,ebay的bid高,是物美+价廉.
别看有的商家做活动什么的,ebay从低价到高价拍卖抬起来最终抬不动的价格,就是deal
中的deal.
群众的眼睛是雪亮的,就像有人说craiglist买车,如果一天后还没卖出去,就不要买了.
但是这是一个悖论,被卖出去了才知道好货,然而知道了也没用了. ebay这个就很好,一
堆人bid想买,你知道是好东西价钱也合适,然后商品还在那.
虽说有经验的买家不会提前bid,不过现实是,再冷门的商品,只要质量好,价格好,一定会
有一个以上的人出价.
这时候你按照这个方法排序找到,大概满意就watch,然后秒杀,即使你对这个牌子甚至这
个东西一无所知,也绝对是物超所值!
(为避免抬杠,这里插一句,ebay有没有虚假抬价 'shill bid'? 有,但是这个几乎没关系

买家offer其他价格。第一次post上去之后很快有人给出不少order，有低于这个价格的
也有高于这个价格的（--顺便问一下，是不是一般给这种negotiable价格的多半是真的
买家？）。我迟疑了一下，等到第二天早上就发现已经有人按照我给的价买了。系统说
item sold了，但我paypal一直没收到payment，很快eBay系统发来email说这个买家被
identified as a spoof, also known as a "phishing" email. eBay紧接着就说返还
给我$48的credit（当时还没明白这$48是什么意思，现在才知道是卖一个item就要交$
48)。这次交易有eBay note: This unpaid item case closed without payment and
you received a final value fee credit. This user is no longer registered
on eBay.

你的这个case， buyer 也肯定是被ebay判输了。seller 和 buyer 都输了，ebay把钱
吃了。
好多ebay上的case 都是这样判的：当ebay不能明确是谁的错时，buyer 和 seller 都
会被判输。当然有很多时候，ebay是故意装糊涂。amazon 如果遇到不能判断谁对谁错
的时候。一般会两边都赔偿的。这就是amazon的良心。
其实，ebay有好多恶心的内幕，这里就不多说了。
大家还是能不在ebay上卖，就别搞ebay了。最好也别去ebay上买，不然也会被恶心到的。 |

的是smart post, 打出来的label是6.4刀，结果月底ebay来的invoice, 这一单的
shipping fee是44刀，并且ebay已经自动按照invoice扣了钱。
于是给ebay打电话，说1磅的一件衣服被charge了44刀，搞错了，ebay让联系Fedex，
打过去，fedex不认，说是smartpost, 让我找post office, 于是就觉得很荒谬。我又
找了eBay, 客服让我在ebay账号里这一单的选项中，file一个针对fedex的claim，然后
让我等2周，说fedex会处理case。我觉得ebay就是打发人，因为认真读了那个claim内
容, 根本不适用我这种charge错钱的情况，是针对丢失包裹的claim。现在也两周了，
根本没有fedex找我。
现在该怎么办？ebay已经按invoice charge我钱了。我该继续找谁要求refund,或者给
我credit back？还是认倒霉？ |

购物单1： 商品A 2件（价格100×2=200）；
购物单2：商品A（价格100X1=100），商品B（价格200X1=200）,总共$300。
结帐方式：Paypal（ebay礼品卡+信用卡）。
购物单1，顺利结帐，商品A发货收货，没有任何问题。
购物单2，完成结帐，商品A没有发货，商品B顺利发货收货。
购物单2采用$200的礼品卡和信用卡共同付款。
购物单2的扣款情况：
商品A：ebay礼品卡被扣款（$66.67），信用卡没被扣款；
商品B：ebay礼品卡被扣款（$133.33)，信用卡也被扣款($66.67)；
也就是购物单2的商品A结帐成功，但商品B结帐被卡住了。哭.......
paypal记录：
1， 购物单1的商品A；
2， 购物单2的商品B；
ebay 购物记录：
1， 购买商品A；
2， 购买商品B（点击链接查看详情可以看到商品A和B）；
诡异的是, 消失了记录：购物单2的商品A。

eBay 大量贩售新产品。
华尔街日报27日引述知情人士报导，eBay将改变站点搜索运算方式，变得有利于新产品
销售，同时也会让卖家在商品刊登数据中免费添加更多、更大的商品照片，并取消过去
让卖家装饰其刊登信息的功能。
此外，为了降低大型卖家的负担，也将限制买家与卖家之间的沟通，另外并增加描述商
品状况的类别，例如：「全新」、「二手：似全新」或「损坏」等等，有别于过去只有
「全新」及「二手」两个类别。
知情人士透露，这些改变将在今年稍后实施，目的在于协助eBay由拍卖站点转型为定价

买家退回来一个不是我卖的东西，我脑残升级case，称述了一下事实，病人退的东西和
我寄的序列号不一致，东西基本上无法使用或再卖。好在东西的成本不高。
好家伙，ebay处理的速度也极快，不到8个小时就made final decision全额退款给病人
，原因是核实return is successful.
ebay无视我的陈述，让我很恼火。而之后病人的response让我看到了一丝希望。病人主
动说是寄错了，他买了两个同样的东西，因为外观一样，把从另外一个卖家那买的货错
误的退给我了。后来还主动提出是他的错，钱不用退了。
我打电话给ebay，结果被告知他们已经make final decision，你apeal的话也不会
grant。如果不服气，可以找律师。还说ebay有自己的guidline处理类似的case，只要

7D2 @1，199. 问能不能match。答：因为中间有个paypal不好操作。两天后，
getitdigital又出了个1499的D750.。。。。
于是决定退。 打印了一个paypal的label charge我13刀。
通过USPS寄回。
等了近两个星期，ebay上没有动静。 查USPS说是包裹被寄到什么芝加哥一个什么地方
。立马打电话USPS。这是为什么？被告知两天后，有人给我打电话告诉我怎么回事。
两天后，果然USPS打来电话说（那天正好是星期天），东西是寄到bigvalue但是没有签
字。所以我的ebay显示“not delivered”。周一忙打电话bigvalue。还好，bigvalue
很诚实告诉我，东西已经收到。已经把钱给了paypal。
忙打电话paypal，首先一个问了我半天情况。确定说没有收到钱。又打bigvalue，
bigvalue再次确定已经refund到paypal。 要我和paypal联系。又打回paypal这回这个

经历，全都是纸上谈兵。
ebay上的商品，我们能够有所了解的，可以分成三类。
一类是稀有产品。包括已经绝版的，比如说某些收藏品，包括抢手的，比如说曾经的wi
i.这类产品面前，ebay完全是自绝财路。现在对比2，3年前，明显平均成交价格偏低。
ebay+paypal fee不就是基于成交价吗？特别是现在的insertion fee又反而降低了。这
类商品ebay完全不需要担心别的地方跟ebay有价格竞争，而且ebay更应该让seller有机
会卖得更高，让seller更愿意留在ebay.
第二类是一些retail的便宜产品。比如说山寨货，比如说很多人从中国搞的一些装饰品
，还比如说卖报纸cpn的等等。这类产品ebay同样只要保证seller的利润,这其中,也应该
创造条件让seller卖得更高.不需要担心别的地方的竞争.
第三类就是一些最普通的产品.比如说我们大家一般都折腾的电子产品.ebay现在的策略
其实貌似是针对这类产品的.尽可能让buyer买得便宜一些,吸引buyer都来买.但是我觉得

了， 然后就悲剧了。
1. 卖家先很快给了个USPS Priority 的 tracking#, 但是一直停在“Electronic
information received"不会更新。 等了几天没动静我就又看看那个卖家以$1000又卖
掉了一个一模一样的Macbook Air,图片和description都一样，就连保护壳颜色和键盘cover
的附件都一样。 这时我就怀疑了。期间联系卖家她回复的都还挺积极，说什么会去邮局查查，
但是在我指出她可疑的地方后， 她辩称帮他妹妹卖了个一模一样的Macbook后就不理我了。 以前也
有碰到骗子的经历，就file 了ebay “item not received" 的case.

了， 然后就悲剧了。
1. 卖家先很快给了个USPS Priority 的 tracking#, 但是一直停在“Electronic
information received"不会更新。 等了几天没动静我就又看看那个卖家以$1000又卖
掉了一个一模一样的Macbook Air,图片和description都一样，就连保护壳颜色和键盘
cover
的附件都一样。 这时我就怀疑了。期间联系卖家她回复的都还挺积极，说什么会去邮
局查查，
但是在我指出她可疑的地方后， 她辩称帮他妹妹卖了个一模一样的Macbook后就不理我

我在ebay上卖几件衣服，其中最贵的标价500多元。
上周一个人写信来问我这件最贵的件是不是还出售，因为当他尝试“buy it now”的时
候，系统告诉他“We're sorry, but the seller of this item is unable to
receive funds at this time"。
我就急忙打电话给ebay和paypal,他们都说我的账户没有问题,可以收款。然后我就写信
给那家伙，告诉他没有问题，让他打电话给ebay或者paypal问问看。
今天那家伙又写信来了，说他上周打了电话给paypal和ebay，当他们的员工尝试“buy
it now”的时候，系统也提示我不能收款，ebay会解决这个问题。他还说，我应该重新
List一下，或者和他在ebay之外交易，他用paypal付款。
看到这里我就觉得他是骗子，于是马上回信给他，说我也打了电话给ebay和paypal，他
们说List和账号都没问题，我们应该等他们把问题解决。
我然后顺便把这件衣服降价了20元，毕竟好久了也没卖出去。

几次要tracking，无果，结果昨天给我个#，一查#，4/25好就delivery了。一个礼拜过
去了，才给我，然后他立马在ebay上更新状态，今天打电话问ebay拿refund，结果说给
的#delivery了，连case都不能开。
一向觉得ebay烂，难得买回东西，没想到这么烂。ebay客服一个仅的说，delivery了，
ebay没啥能做的了，然后要我contact seller。 你妈东西掉了，我要refund，我ebay
上付的钱，当然找ebay拿refund，我又不是直接付给seller的。
现在除了跟credit card dispute，还能干吗？肯定要bbb ebay。 |

当时打印label的时候，ebay就提醒，说菲律宾查不到最后递送信息，我看买家50+信誉
，（后来证明当时疏忽了，只看了别人给他的评价，没看他给别人的评价。）也没当回
事，就直接买了保险，合计以防万一。
然后5月13号，给我发信息，说东西还没收到。我就回，别担心，我给你买了保险了，
如果丢了你自己联系usps赔吧。（因为国际的priority mail是买家和卖家都可以claim
的。）
14号回复我消息，说他觉得应该卖家来claim。我15号就回复他说，我今天去了邮局，
（其实我没去邮局，就是合计以邮局人的口气，能更有说服力点，不过去了估计也是这
么说，以前去邮局查过类似的。）usps给我查了，显示4月16号就到菲律宾了（usps官
网就能看到），但是在usps系统里查不到最后递送信息，建议买家去当地邮局查下，一
般都能有结果，如果还是不行就让买家去claim，因为东西出美国了，在菲律宾，所以
要买家去。（这个是我瞎编的，我实在不爱给usps打电话弄这个，最少得等半个小时，
再弄保险，一个小时都下不来。）

其实，你们都没有说对。 EBAY其实是偏向自己。 它怎么判，是看自己的规定，怎么判

是， 自己的规定是啥， 然后怎么判，自己的麻烦少。 最贴近和明显的例子，就是这

这么多EVIL，说明EBAY很多时候，没有根据具体情况判CASE。 这样，被EVIL抓住漏洞

buyer和钱pending。gift card是昨天过期的，今天收到ebay的信，说要cancel这个bid
。那我paypal里显示pending的钱是不是就拿不到啦？我现在该怎么办呢？？

我寄的序列号不一致，东西基本上无法使用或再卖。好在东西的成本不高。
好家伙，ebay处理的速度也极快，不到8个小时就made final decision全额退款给病人
，原因是核实return is successful.
ebay无视我的陈述，让我很恼火。而之后病人的response让我看到了一丝希望。病人主
动说是寄错了，他买了两个同样的东西，因为外观一样，把从另外一个卖家那买的货错
误的退给我了。后来还主动提出是他的错，钱不用退了。
我打电话给ebay，结果被告知他们已经make final decision，你apeal的话也不会
grant。如果不服气，可以找律师。还说ebay有自己的guidline处理类似的case，只要
核实病人return了，哪怕退的的狗屎，也会被强行refund，而且appeal也不会成功的，
否则就是ebay的损失。
尼玛，ebay竟然堕落成这样。看了病人都可以这样从ebay高免费的东西。我刚有另外一

买家的欺骗来惩罚卖家，原来是一步大棋。ebay是从一开始就知道这个policy的影响的
，不信亲自跟ebay cs打电话就知道了，他们承认这个policy带来了mess，还安慰卖家
说坚持一下，高层正在开会探讨，按照ebay论坛上说从去年就开始探讨了。但实际上这
个非常不公的政策给ebay带来了重大利益。
1. 取消大部分top rated seller头衔来增加收入降低亏损。这个不细说了，大家都懂
的。现在ebay几乎没有什么top rated seller了，除非big box之类的。
2. 配合paypal和ebay的拆分。这样可以把return cost减少到最低，把获利大头揽到
ebay上。而且起到了降低ebay股价，配合管理层收购的作用。

发帖数: 540 | 49 之前我问过版上如果在ebay上买ebay gc不小心写错邮件地址怎么办。
于是想起分享下我的经验教训：
1. 去年12月底买了张100 ebay gc for 95$. 用的一张eBay gc付款。写错邮件地址，
反被lu。
2. 先去ebay上contact seller，前后发了三四次站内邮件，没有任何回复。
3. 再去ebay resolution center上发起refund，结果被秒关，没有任何回复。郁闷中。
4. 打电话去找ebay客服，解释了半天结果他们说ebay dispute已经被关了，无法
reopen。也许我们可以帮你转paypal客服。转电话结果无人接听。
5. 去网上搜了下，知道可以去paypal resolution center开个case。于是我开了个
case。
6. 等了两天，没有任何回复，于是escalate这个case。case说是1月21号之前会有回复。
7. 等到21号，没有任何回复。
8. 今天22号，收到一封邮件，refund了95刀到原来付款的ebay gc了。

如果用ebay帐号A1买东西，然后用paypal帐号B1完成check out；那之后能够实现ebay
帐号A1买东西，用paypal帐号B2完成check out吗？依次类推，后能够实现ebay帐号A1
买东西，用paypal帐号B3完成check out吗？
或者反过来用ebay帐号A1买东西，然后用paypal帐号B1完成check out；那之后能够实
现ebay帐号A2买东西，用paypal帐号B1完成check out吗？依次类推，后能够实现ebay
帐号A3买东西，用paypal帐号B1完成check out吗？
还有就是ebay的GC是不是会和第一次使用的ebay帐号链接，而和之后使用的paypal帐号
无关呢。
总觉得ebay买东西很罗嗦，经常买不成。 |
