医生
的，3项加起来630块，一个是医院的，给了个总数16340，我研究了很多其他医院MRI的
价格，觉得医院charge的不对吧，感觉不应该这么贵呀，如果是8000左右还能make
sense, 这16000多刀从何而来呀？还有一个是ECG，写的是7700刀，更加的不明白。。
。。
有人有经验能给点帮助吗？ |

有人来。但是如果是其他的，就要等一阵。
只不过美国这边却是太shit了。上次我去急诊，感觉心脏没有力气，然后给我量血压，
量了几次次血压都比正常范围低，那个医生说肯定量错了，结果最后一次刚好等于正常
最低血压，那个医生大叫，终于量对了，你看起来没有什么问题。shit。我当时是头晕
的啊。
然后就让我等，晚上7点到的，等到3点，一直没有人理我。最后，跑来一个医生对我说
，你可以走了，我们感觉你没有什么事情，因为你上次来急诊的纪录就是没有什么事情
。holly shit。这是什么逻辑…… 我一再要求能不能做一下ECG检查，医生没办法，就
request了一个ECG. 又等了两个小时，ECG完了，医生跑来说，你没有什么问题，ECG正
常，可以走了。我问，那是不是其他地方有问题呢？不然我怎么觉得不舒服。医生火了
，说：你现在还能走路，还活着，你看我们这里全都是在等死的人，你要我怎么办。。
。。
无语，只有勉强撑着，离开
另外，感觉很多中国人特有的体制衰弱，或者体虚的症状，这边都不会当病。诊断结果

just from the symptoms, it is likely acute myocardial infarction (AMI). it
could also be severe angina without infarction. in the majority of cases,
the primary cause is vascular. alternatively, in certain circumstances,
problems in the conduction system can cause hemodynamic disturbances severe
enough to cause heart attacks.
AMI, depending on where it occurs, can damage the conduction system too.

同学的文风，但不得要领，当然，圣诞节快来了，也想从版主那里，那个那个那个——
到商场时更High些，最后还是码得太长，另起一帖……
心脏性猝死（Sudden Cardiac Death），是指心脏原因所致的、起病后1小时、或2小时
或24小时内的死亡（有争议）。主要原因是VT/VF（主要）、或心脏停博或电机分离，
血液动力学迅速归于零——大脑缺乏有效的灌注，患者意识突然丧失——大脑只能耐受
2-3分钟的缺血、缺氧！！！
患者神智丧失，大动脉无搏动（10秒种内完成判断）：
——立即当胸一拳（扣击复律），无现成的除颤器，立即持续心脏按压，进入初级生命
支持（BLS），同时呼救。不强调口对口人工呼吸，但注意开放气道，面罩给氧等还是
致关重要的；
——有现成的除颤器，除颤——目击者除颤！！
尽管美国的消防队员、警察都要经过心肺复苏培训后才能上岗，尽管各大国际机场都摆
好除颤器强调目击者除颤，但心脏性猝死问题，多年来没有重大改观，仍然是全球面临

舒服，想咳嗽。频率挺高的，好像每1-2分钟就有感觉，不太舒服。只有晚上睡着了不
觉得。上周四去immediate care看过医生，血压脉搏都正常。做ECG，一开始是正常的
，后来做了半个小时的，我感觉心慌的时候打出来ECG，都是PVC。抽血检查也正常。医
生说要是实在不舒服可以用药，另外可以去看专科医生。我不太想吃药，google一下好
像有副作用。我不知道是继续等待看有没有好转呢，还是约个专科医生看看。好像也不
是什么病，不过也不愿意每天都是这样感觉心跳得很厉害，老咳嗽。。。。 |

important to exam the coronary artery direct, which you did through CT
angiogram. The question is why you had the ischemia in the first place.

血压身高体重外，还测了心电图。医生过来听了娃心脏，说没事，然后说放心起见，让
我们做个ultrasound。最后木有啥问题。
最近收到账单，恕我孤陋寡闻，短短一小会儿的visit，一个心电图+一个超声波，要将
近8000刀。贵也就算了，关键是账单有点匪夷所思，弄不明白，求专家瞧瞧：

有点怀疑是不是把帐单搞错了，可是打了好多电话，问不到，医生永远都不在，保险公
司说我们按照帐单来报的，医院的billing Department说医生给的就这些项目。因为保

昨天晚上我爸爸在服用阿司匹林和硝苯地平（30mg）以后，于2am和6：30am发生了两次
胸闷。第一次是睡眠中憋醒的，含服几颗速效救心丸后立即缓解了。第二次据说是已经
醒了但睡着的时候发生的，我爸爸坚持没有服药，感觉时间长约10分钟，但是胸闷不那
么明显，他自己形容是像“磨”的感觉。今天一大早我们带他去了这边大医院的急诊。
急诊首先做了X-ray，取了尿样和血样，做了ECG监控。
一直到下午，急诊让我们见了Cardiology专科的医生。问过病史和简单检查以后，医生
告诉我们目前不考虑Heart Problem。他们强调说ECG正常，血检正常，X光显示有吸烟
后的肺部的轻微改变，但问题不大。最后他们下的诊断是：Chest pain of unclear
etiology。我一再问他们有没有可能是变异型心绞痛，他们认为可能性很小，目前
heart attack的机率几乎没有。
所以我感觉最后给我们的诊断是模糊的，他们交待停止一切药物，如果chest pain加重
，发作时有真的hurt的感觉，出汗，恶心，呕吐，长时间不缓解就再马上送急诊。给我
