摘 要：基因的表观遗传学修饰正越来越受到人们的重视，它包括DNA甲基化和组蛋白修
饰，组蛋白修
饰又包括组蛋白乙酰化和组蛋白甲基化。基因的表观遗传学改变在基因转录调节方面有
重要作用。最
近研究较多的是多种组蛋白修饰方式和DNA甲基化在基因转录调节方面的共同作用，本
文详述组蛋白
修饰和DNA甲基化的发生机制，并且总结了组蛋白乙酰化和组蛋白甲基化与DNA甲基化之
间的相互作
用，提示不同位点的组蛋白甲基化与DNA甲基化共同作用于基因转录，并且发挥不同的
作用，具体体
现在组蛋白乙酰化、组蛋白H3K9、H3K27和H4K20甲基化与DNA甲基化协同作用，使基因
发生转录抑
制，而组蛋白H3K4甲基化与基因转录激活有关。

周的毛发。据记载，它来自Abu’l-‘Abbaas ibn Surayj，那即是围绕直肠生长的毛发
。从这一切出发我们就可以理解，剃除前前后后以及遍及于那些地方的所有毛发是可嘉
的行为（穆斯泰哈卜）。说到剃，因为这是最常见的方法，不过拔毛或者是用热蜡脱毛
等等也是可以容许的。
Abu Shaamah说：al-‘aanah是长在rakab上的毛发，也就是说在凸起的腹部之下
和阴部之上。或者说它就是私处的最外部，就是阴部它自己，无论男女。前前后后剃除
阴毛的必须的，当然剃除后边的毛更重要，以免任何排泄物沾染到它，然后用水、石头

洗车（他最喜欢的之一），回来后又吃了几个他最爱的李子干，最后发现自己失踪数日
的枕头竟然重新露面。那枕头其实是被妈妈藏起来了，因为他对那枕头简直发展到恋物
癖的地步，每天做什么事情都要带着，没办法只好骗他枕头坏了，等妈妈修好再给你。
昨天被阿姨给拆洗了，把里面的棉花重新整理又重新缝好，完璧归赵。经历了这一系列
的喜事，到了晚上洗澡之前他一直是情绪高涨，开心不已。
事情就在这时候突发的。我去给他放洗澡水，让他先在房间里跟自己久别重逢的枕头“
叙旧”。谁知等我放好了水再去房间叫他，却发现他的房间门怎么都拧不开了。他自己
也在里边不停的拧，试图打开。这时我的脑子里就“嗡”的一声响，顿时乱成了一团。

当一个人向第三方说你弄丢了什么，你要第一时间制止，在第三人在场的情况下要求cl

上周四7点多下班回家，
照常黑灯瞎火上了高速101，
照常速度从最右边，第五条lane，逐步提速换到最左lane，
换lane过程中没有超过左边任何车，车速逐渐超过右边的车，
从上高速到换到最最后里面的lane的过程大概走了两个出口的距离，车速达到75-80mph
。
大概又走了不到一个出口，发现后面警灯亮了，被要求下出口在local路边pull over。
要求我出示驾照，保险，注册，一一照做，并且指着驾照后面贴的地址告诉他那不是我
的新地址，两个星期前刚搬了家。警察绕着我的车前后转了一圈，拿手电来回的照。然
后要求我眼睛看着他的手电，眼珠子跟着他的手电动，照做了。然后他就拿着我给的东
西回他车上去了。
大概五六分钟后回来让我签字。我发现他还是写着我的老地址，我跟他说地址错了，能

还是按照目前版务组里最低水平的我的标准（20种）比较靠谱。
国内：小时候在公园里钓过鲫鱼，在稻田里摸过泥鳅（算手钓的好了）
美国：只掉过几个pond和小水库。
Sunfish：最开始的时候用蚯蚓在小pond里钓，几乎都是sunfish。后来用grub钓crappi
e，也常上各种各样的sunfish。本地的品种bluegill，redear，redbreast，pumpkin s
eed，green sunfish，rock bass等等都上过。
Crappie：钓crappie就是为了吃。black crappie上过无数，但是white crappie钓上来
的就不多，不过个头都很大。
Catfish：刚学钓鱼的时候很喜欢去钓catfish，按照刀神的办法吃fillet，剩下的做菜
地底肥。本地的三种blue catfish，bullhead catfish，channel catfish都上过。
LM bass。其实不太喜欢钓bass，主要是觉得不如crappie好吃。
