project的汇报时，她还刻意安排我参加（本来我的级别是不够的），还专门提名肯定了我的effort and contribution.
得到这样的嘉奖我毋庸置疑是高兴的。可是面对大老板频繁表达赞誉时,我除了点头微
笑，就是不知所措的怯声怯气地回答一通“you're welcome...My pleasure...No
problem..." 答多了，我自己都有点作难，不想回答了。
请问达人们，有没有好的建议，对这种情况该如何应对比较得体呢？我还是很希望上司

1. 拿到K，5年，那前3年就一定不能申请任何federal的钱了？还是说可以申请，但是

2. 拿到K，5年，每年100% effort，拿这个K的10万工资。如果前两年又申请到了
