研能力一般,人际交往能力比较差。文章有J. Phys. Chem. B 一作一篇 (博士工作)，
J. Electrochem. Soc. 一作一篇(博士工作)，还有几篇影响因子在1.0左右的小文章，
以及一些会议论文。博后没发期刊论文,只发了一个会议论文。现有两个offer让我纠
结。
1. 南京一211学校副教授。无息贷款21w分10年给，工作10个考核合格年后可不用还
。科研启动费3w，不安排家属工作，周转房5年。首聘期两年，要求主持省部级项目一
个，发SCI文章三篇。
2. 苏南地区家门口一地方院校（排名400-500名）。由于校方认为我一定会去那个
学校以方便照顾父母，因此待遇是在其网上所给海外博士最低的待遇。房补20W买房子
时凭购房合同一次给，科研启动费5w，工资副教授最低档，职称去了再评（这个学校不
具副教授和教授评审权，要报省里评），不安排家属工作。
