了老三，跑步训练无法坚持，休息也无法保证，导致多马马失前蹄撞墙结束。下半年突
然得知纽约的报名条件又改了，不过这次是改容易了，35-39只需123，40-44只需125。
于是在没有训练的前提下抱着侥幸心理临时报名去跑了哈米尔顿的下坡半马，不过跟三
年前在那里的首马是同样的结局，撞墙大失败。
11月开始恢复偶尔跑步commute上班，从家去地铁站单程10公里，一天double就20公里
。有时候要送娃接娃，就把车开去停在火车站，从火车站跑7公里去地铁站。
过了圣诞节，开始正式的FIRST第一计划马拉松训练，为2015/5/3的密码（Mississauga
Marathon）做准备。选择FIRST是因为有proven track record，2013年的波马就是跟
FIRST在跑步机上练出来的。
因为2014年的几次比赛都跑砸了，这次跟FIRST就先把2013年的计划翻出来重用一遍，
目标成绩是刚好sub-3马拉松。跟了三周后觉得有些轻松，于是又制作了一个255的pace

静的山林。那感觉颇为奇特。
Day 1 - 2 入山，向上
Elk Creek Trail -> Continental Divide Trail

Elevation gain/loss： 4500/1600 feet
Elk Creek Trail 的入口就在铁轨旁边，一不小心就容易错过。
开始的几英里都是缓慢的上坡路。走起来，很舒服。
当快到一个小池塘的时候，我这不速之客，终于被盯上了。一头年轻的驼鹿竟然就沿着
小路低头向我跑过来。
直到后来在小池边休息时，我看着它在那儿开心的啃着青草，又看了看自己手上的肉干
，还是没搞明白到底谁是肉食性动物。
第二天，也是一个晴天。继续走着上坡路。大的动物没怎么见到，小的却有一些。
渐渐的，顺着山花和小溪，心慢慢的随着周围的声音安静下来。

这个比赛是第2个为准备Western States 100的training race, 本来
是想报3月底的old goats 50迈的，没想到这比赛很快就报满了，后来想想
也不是坏事，这个old goats很难，12000ft爬升，估计跑完到波马前都恢复不过来..
然后就报了这个Bandit Ultra Run 50K, 在洛杉矶北面一点点，不算很远，
而且是早上直接check in,就不用住宿了，比较方便。这个比赛爬坡比上次
Avalon Benefit 50迈要陡一点，总Elevation Gain 6000ft左右，算起来
可能接近WS100(18000ft,160KM)的平均坡度了, 我的garmin 310XT数据：

从09年6月开始减肥断断续续的开始跑步，到12年4月终于跑完Boston Marathon,
用时3年不到，还是感觉很不错的.
这回虽然收获PW一枚，但是似乎没啥hard feeling,相比去年中跑的San Diego
Rock&Roll, 这回算是跑得非常舒服的一次了. 回顾一下我跑过的四个全马：
2010/10 Toronto Marathon 首马，当时因为要去Toronto办事，无意中挑了一个
course,天气都不错的比赛. 虽然第一次全马，中间也岔气，抽筋，非常痛苦，但最后
达到了自己预想的目标，还是很高兴的. 这次也拼得非常狠，以至于恢复用了很长的时
间.
2011/06 San Diego Rock&Roll 二马，这个比赛可能算最痛苦的一个了，准备这个
比赛用了30周，train得也非常狠，一周2次hard run+周末long run, 20+迈long
跑了20来个，最后天气比较热，小腿抽得一踏糊涂，中间就觉得完不成比赛，最后奇迹般
的坚持下来，居然还PR了, 但比预期差得太远，跑完很是沮丧了一阵子.

看看上面写的elevation gain/loss么？ 他的数据是根据数据库
矫正过的， 比较准确一些...
一般山地马拉松会比平路慢非常多的， 毕竟上坡走路非常慢..
小龙马上要跑的miwok100公里的Elevation Gain是12000ft,
高度系数是4， 你这个比赛如果elevation gain是10000ft, 距离
还短很多的话， 高度系数至少应该是5， 而不是2...
坡度不难算， 每1迈， 高度每升高50ft, 差不多是坡度1%，
一般10%以上的坡都算比较陡了， 我记得你以前说你们那都是平的？
说实话，你那个数据表很奇怪， 同一迈同时上升下降400ft, 这
到底是上坡还是下坡？ 能上个elevation profile么？ |

1. 训练
自从去年CIM大PR之后就开始放羊，今年前三个月每周末的group run就成了我的social
event，每次拿个iphone，边跑边拍，以充当随军娱记为乐。结果几次group run下来
，以前跑马训练的老本就被吃光了，有一次周末group run差点跑晕过去。4月29号
pleasanton 半马，一马平川还跑出了个比去年morgan hill还差的成绩。这是距离SFM
还有整整13个星期，索性再歇一个星期，然后搞了个12周训练计划。
我一向只follow训练计划的精神，具体的执行完全由自己胡乱制定。这次前六周只跑
LHR，先把mileage搞上去。后六周加上跑山和MP run. 每周weekday 跑两到三次，周末

看了别人的log，惭愧了一把，没吃晚饭，申请了2个小时去跑步了，最后几迈push了一
下心率看看到底能不能到8分pace内。跑得喘的跟驴一样，才勉强进了8分，心率160去
了，嗨！早跑几年就好了，害的我现在看人家的跑步log流口水。

发帖数: 215 | 40 大概一个月前开始跑步，觉得不知道怎么训练才好，于是加入了一个跑步班，也是跟着
班上的schedule瞎跑。班上女生居多，高矮胖瘦，年长年幼，各种排列组合。反正我基
本就是属于最后的。
今天是Intervals，跑200米最快速度，然后走200米。戴了GARMIN的手表，回来一看神
呐，最大心率是223，难怪觉得那么累的。就这样，平均的PACE还是在7分半到8分。
看了之前的几次路跑，基本是在2.5miles-3.5miles之间的距离而已。平均心率都在170
以上，最大心率是也到了200，pace是从13分27秒一直到昨天的12分29秒。
跑版的很多文章是推崇低心率，但是我真的是做不到。稍微一跑就跳出那个范围了，而
且跟大队伍跑，也不好意思总是掉队。
版上牛人多啊，麻烦大家帮我看看。是不是还是要跟着跑步班的SCHEDULE来啊。或者有
哪些需要注意的地方。
附上两个表，第一个是今天的INTERVAL，另一个是昨天自己路跑的。

我在running 版转帖了题为Extreme Endurance Exercise and heart attack的文章。
全篇文章都是认同跑步的好处，但是提醒过渡锻炼可能和心脏病有关联。
一些网友跳出来羞辱讽刺。我无所谓。文章总有喜欢和不喜欢的。
Rodimus对该帖极为不满，说running版不欢迎这类文章,封了很难看。同时说置顶文章
有类似讨论了。
我发帖反驳，问他是不是私人俱乐部，不允许公开发帖，同时要他拿出白底黑字的版规
看我违反了哪一条。我说我读了置顶文章，要么是空连接，要么内容不相同。
Rodimus 根本拿不出任何版规，居然发帖说我是受虐狂。
我发帖反驳说他动不动冒充全版不欢迎新人，还无根据威胁封人，是虐待狂。
Rodimus恼羞成怒，把我的帖子和后面更贴的对话全删了。

前4.5迈跟着pacer, 然后超过她，自己跑。最自豪的是最后3迈没怎么掉速。
当初所以选这个半马的一大原因是course很平， 容易跑。 这也是pace平稳的主要原因：
Elevation Gain: 183 ft
Elevation Loss: 193 ft
Min Elevation: 151 ft
Max Elevation: 226 ft
还有训练时跑的几次tempo觉得很管用。 |

。但积雪太多，一时化不了，房顶上都还是一二尺的雪。
Aspen有四个大滑雪场，在城里的是Aspen Mountain. 还有Aspen Highlands,
Buttermilk, Snowmass. 以Snowmass最大，最高。

当天在Elk Park，从蒸汽小火车下来的时候，环顾四周，只有我，火车上的游客，和幽
静的山林。那感觉颇为奇特。
Day 1 - 2 入山，向上
Elk Creek Trail -> Continental Divide Trail
Distance： 10.4 miles
Elevation gain/loss： 4500/1600 feet
Elk Creek Trail 的入口就在铁轨旁边，一不小心就容易错过。
开始的几英里都是缓慢的上坡路。走起来，很舒服。
当快到一个小池塘的时候，我这不速之客，终于被盯上了。一头年轻的驼鹿竟然就沿着
小路低头向我跑过来。
直到后来在小池边休息时，我看着它在那儿开心的啃着青草，又看了看自己手上的肉干
，还是没搞明白到底谁是肉食性动物。
