之前主要是基于X衍射或者核磁共振的技术开发和应用，拍一些单分子的裸照。82，91
，02年颁给X衍射和核磁共振的技术开发，剩下11个的给了应用。
而冷冻电镜，这次算是第一个（可能是第二个），直接给了技术。用它可以看更加复杂
、分子量更大的大分子复合体。这些大个头的结构当然更有复杂也更有意思。
这个技术开启了一个新时代，细胞里重要的复合体实在太多。接下来可能拿奖的那就是
：真核细胞的细胞核通道复合体；一一公搞的剪接体（这个结构无论在生命进化和疾病
相关都非常的重要）；G蛋白偶联受体（跟N多疾病有关）等等。
彦宁的工作好像确实没有什么希望，葡萄糖转运蛋白跟上面这些不是一个量级的。

、并引起全国转基因大辩论的时候：2010年2月。
让我们看一下摘要的简单译文（全文未见）：
“用近红外反射法，气相色谱-质谱法、高效液相色谱法、电感耦合等离子体原子发射
光谱法，并以化学计量法研究三种（分别）可抗霉菌病和抗虫的转基因水稻中重要的营
养物质成分组成（按欧共体标准），发现其营养成分组成和物理性状有非预期改变，其
中蛋白质、三种氨基酸、两种脂肪酸、两种维生素及其他数种（微量）元素出现了非预
期的构成变化。差异幅度：氨基酸20-74%，脂肪酸19-38%，维生素25-57%，（微量）元
素20-50%，蛋白质35%；植酸没有显著变化。相比于非转基因水稻，转基因水稻的营养
成分构成和物理性状的非预期改变，可能与基因的转入有关，阐明变化后的作用需要经
过更多研究。”

作为一个科研工作者，在国际学术期刊上发表科研论文是与同行交流、取得国
际影响的必经之路。有些国内的科学家，实验做得很漂亮，但常常苦恼于论文的写作力
不从心，成为国际交流的一大障碍。本文从博主的亲身体验出发，给博士生、博士后、
以及年轻的PI提供一个借鉴。文章最后做简短总结。
我大学时的同班同学都知道，那时我的英语不算好（英语四级考试仅为“良”），
写作尤其糟糕。初到美国之时，对英文环境适应得很差，读一篇JBC的文章要五、六个
小时，还常常不理解其中一些关键词句的意思,心里压力极大。
