前话：听说这个罚款很多，特来向大家请教一下，给的ticket上没有写多少罚款，直接
让我上庭。这个emergency vehicle是辆全白的摩托警车，感觉是因为没给他让路，故
意要整我。
过程：
1.双向车道，两个很临近的红绿灯，我刚开过一个红绿灯，看到前面的也是绿灯，所以
没有减速直接向前；
2.当临近第二个红绿灯时，突然看到对面过来一辆白色摩托车居然不减速要在这个红绿
灯左拐，而这个路口我很熟悉，对面的车如果要左拐，是要yield to直行车的，有个牌
子专门写了，因为路况稍微有点复杂，所以我就稍微减了点速但没有停下来。
3.白色摩托车看我没有停下来的意思，于是就急刹车停了下来，而我看到他停了就直接
开过去，结果就在我经过他的时候，突然摩托车响了声警笛 |

我在副驾驶上
红灯前被后面的车以30多M的时速追尾
撞人的家伙无耻地告诉警察他开车睡着了
警察也够逗的，问他：为什么你要睡着了呢？
而且这个家伙还告诉警察他昨天刚撞了一棵树，连右后视镜都没了
还跟我朋友说，他下午还要连夜开到FL去玩，真是一牛人啊
后脑狠狠地向后撞了HEAD REST
当时后脑很疼
被五花大绑送进了医院
CT，X－RAY看起来都没事
但晚上回来以后脖子周围的肌肉就全都开始疼了
大家看我要不要找个律师或者有没有专门管这种情况的机构帮我跟保险打交道？
还有我这个emergency用的是自己的医疗保险，要不要让我的医保公司问对方的汽车保
险公司要？

不用rake落叶怎么除呢？不除的话下面的草不都被闷死了吗？假如说先清落叶再撒除草

网之鱼撒一次2，4-D就好。7月底或8月初如果要种草就撒Tenacity，否则随便Tenacity
或2，4-D. 如果草很好不需要补草，也可以再在7月初撒一次pre-emergent,或者在4月
撒一次药效长的Prodiamine 65 WDG可以管到10月。
过10月入秋后，温度会很快掉到55F一下，螃蟹草的威胁基本不大了，会有一些耐寒的
宽叶草出现，但完全对好草构不成威胁。如果没有连撒两次preemergent或药效长的
preemergent, 并且入冬前发现宽叶草过多，俺就撒一次里面带着杀宽叶草的杀草剂的
冬肥就没事了。
等草治好了，变密实了，以后杀草剂的需求量会大大降低。 |

的话，等2月份，好草还在dormant，杂草纷纷欢快的长出来，比如blue grass, 把草地
全占了，post emergent还不好杀。我现在都寻思，割齐了看着也挺像那么回事，要不
将就着用吧。所以我现在手动拔宽叶草，grass like的就留下了。 |

今天有朋友告诉我，O8偷偷签了不少Executive Order，其中包括在emergency时，政府
部门可以强行控制/征用个人食品，油料，没收枪支。
我记得2005年卡塔琳娜后，当地警方没收枪支，引发激烈辩论；2006年通过法律，禁止
再这样做。
我们公司今天PM和我们聊天时，居然主动提到这次事件，并且明确表示反对禁枪。我们
小组有人去过他家，说他家里有很多枪。我问他是否知道O8签的这个命令，以及和2006
年那个法律的关系，他说他只知道O8企图“get it back”
难道O8可以绕过06年那个法律？我对美国法律体系不大了解，懂行或知情的兄弟给说说？ |

伤口有没有缝好。。。 这家的医生检查了伤口，说一切ok, blood tried out,
stitches closed up.. 把绷带都拆了。我问能不能穿衣服代替灯罩，她说可以。所以
她现在又穿上那身紫衣服了，外加diaper. 这家emergency把奥利奥留了几分钟看看有没有再流血，还把奥利奥的情况fax给做手术的vet.
现在奥利奥走路像80岁的老太太，很弱很弱，神情呆滞，看见别的狗就把头伸了伸，不
能bark了。。但是，不知道什么原因，她回来后就一直站着或蹲着，眼睛都快闭起来了就是不肯躺下来。不知道是不是伤口在疼。
我家现在和shelter/vet一个味道，狗味+血腥味+小狗的屎尿味（今天没带她们出去） |

我们的保险是蓝十字，有international coverage。我打电话给保险公司，保险公司说
，看门诊的话，只能自己先垫付，然后回来file a claim。
我问LD可以去哪里看医生，对方说加拿大和美国的医疗体制不同，一般的医生不会随便
接游客病人，所以LD可以去看Emergency Room，也可以找walk-in clinic，我问这二者
有什么区别吗？对方说几乎没有，收费差不多，在美国、在加拿大都是这样。

事因： LZ来美大概四个月，交往了一个做EMT的美国白人，那个人36岁，从外州到san
jose生活了五年，之前有一个15岁的私生女，但是一直没有结婚。交往期间有发生一些
矛盾，发现他是一个行为和语言很粗鲁的人，我想有时候可能是开玩笑，也没有特别去
在意。2月4号我和他发生了矛盾，因为他总是出尔反尔，答应我的事又反悔了，他送我
回家强行命令我下车，我当时很生气，跟他争执，于是他把我的包甩出车，然后动手拉
扯，强行要拖我下车。因为这已经发生不止一次了，我非常伤心又生气，他动手扯我头
发，掰我手指，并用膝盖顶我小腹，这样僵持了大概1个小时，我被他拖出了车，他开
车离开了。我身上很痛，都是淤青的伤。。然后我打了Uber去他住处找他理论，要他带
我去医院检查，他不承认伤害我，然后拨打了911，要警察把我带走，警察来了询问了
