新英格兰阴冷的天气终于结束了。明艳的春日，让人双脚情不自禁地往室外挪。闲着也
是闲着， 还是老规矩， 开春第一次郊游不是庙里进香就是扫墓。
庄严寺刚去过， 想着就近去NEW HAVEN看墓地吧， 听说那里有个特殊古墓地， 因被埋
葬人的要求，开了玻璃天窗， 以便万一误埋还能有机会能重生一次。 临行前才发现那
个NEW HAVEN不在康州，而是在VT，http://www.vermonter.com/evergreen.asp，觉得远了点。
美国历史的源头在新英格兰 ， 还不如去古镇CONCORD吧，１７７５年的4月１9日， 那
里打响了独立战争第一枪。Concord可有不少历史旅游点，Concord至Lexington的8公里
还被称为“Road to Revolution”。那里可是处处有名人故居与历史古迹啊。

划里有的，最后都会建起来的，除非BUILDER破产。 我感觉，如果能开车，应该没有什
么不便。但要是想步行，估计不大可能。

学生已经超过正规教室的容量，但学校本身还有一些简易教室可用。目前看，应该没有
问题。
其实，EMERSON是横跨95的。在95另一边的区，就是HAMMOND HS，要差不少。现在，关
键看你买房的侧重在哪方面。如果是把学区放首位，那要仔细权衡一下。如果把房子的
新旧和交通的便利放在第一位， 我觉得EMERSON很不错。 |

，加拿大的贸易部长David Emerson 也不得不将对中国的访问提前到了下周。
在此之前, 加拿大酒店联合会主席Anthony Pollard曾写信给加拿大贸易部长David
Emerson 和财政部长Jim Flaherty,希望政府能够尽快促进加拿大申请成为中国公民自
费出境旅游目的地国家。
Pollard表示，除非政府能够提出这一申请，否则对于普通中国公民来说，自费出境旅
游选择加拿大的比率会大大降低。据调查，目前只有中国的政府官员以及一些同加拿大
有商业往来的人士可以非常轻松的取得来加拿大旅游的申请。
Pollard还列举了自从澳大利亚成为中国公民自费出境游特许国之后，该国的旅游业收
入猛增了80%的例子。
虽然在一年半之前，政府就曾经由此打算，但始终没有达成最后的结果，为此，他希望
政府能“尽快，尽快，再尽快”。
但加拿大外交事务和国际贸易发言人Brooke Grantham表示，申请并不是一句话的问题

有个超验主义的宗派。dickinson是纯文学，呵呵。我看emerson其实看不大进，就像看
英国湖畔诗人一样。可能中国这方面的田园的东西太多了，再看外国的就不觉得有什么
新意。语言感觉也隔了一层。以前卞之琳还是谁说，湖畔诗人那些东西比中国田园诗的

些名望，Emerson 还在她哥嫂家住过一夜，(可能你之前文章有写 ), 离着那么近，她都
没出去见一面。而她实际上受 Emerson 的影响比较多。惠特曼的作品因为当时的名声不
好，她就没有看过。她的这首诗我在文版又加了些我自己的理解。好在她的诗都比小短
小，精悍，读起来朗朗上口。

是闲着， 还是老规矩， 开春第一次郊游不是庙里进香就是扫墓。
庄严寺刚去过， 想着就近去NEW HAVEN看墓地吧， 听说那里有个特殊古墓地， 因被埋
葬人的要求，开了玻璃天窗， 以便万一误埋还能有机会能重生一次。 临行前才发现那
个NEW HAVEN不在康州，而是在VT，http://www.vermonter.com/evergreen.asp，觉得远了点。
美国历史的源头在新英格兰 ， 还不如去古镇CONCORD吧，１７７５年的4月１9日， 那
里打响了独立战争第一枪。Concord可有不少历史旅游点，Concord至Lexington的8公里
还被称为“Road to Revolution”。那里可是处处有名人故居与历史古迹啊。
Sleepy Hollow 墓地那是绝对值得拜访的。墓地占地广大，树木花草错落有致，起伏的
丘岭伴着一池湖水。好一方风水宝地。边走边浏览一块块百年墓碑：为独立战争献身的
兄弟，一言九鼎的大法官。真有穿越的感觉。不过最有名的是坡上的＂作家岭＂（
Authors Ridge)。
