麻州波士顿市的爱默生学院（Emerson College）附近发生持刀袭击事件，7人被凶徒
刺伤，其中一人伤势严重。
周日早上3点多，爱默生学院附近的学生收到校方的警示手机短信，指持刀砍伤多
人的两名嫌犯在逃，要他们提供留意可疑人物。
这起袭击事件发生在周日凌晨2点15分左右，警方赶到后发现了多名受害者。
《波士顿环球报》(Boston Globe)引述警方消息称，有7人在学院的剧院区域被砍
伤，伤者分别遭人用利刀及玻璃瓶刺伤，4人被送往医院抢救，其中一人伤势严重，另
有3人自己走到附近的医院寻求救治。
虽然校方的信件称2名嫌犯在逃，但警方表示，其中一名伤者相信就是嫌犯。
爱默生学院位于波士顿市区，是一所专注于人文与传播的综合性传媒大学，其毕业
生也素以专业传播人形象闻名全国。 |

的上百亿元债务，二级债务在上千亿，也使得邹平县面临区域性债务崩盘，而这一切的
一切都要从几年前的当地疯狂民间高利贷说起。

疯狂县级市的疯狂高利贷
邹平，一个坐落在山东省中部偏北，鲁中泰沂山区与鲁北黄泛平原叠交地带的小城，东
接工业重地淄博，西邻山东省会济南，南依胶济铁路，北靠黄河，济青高速公路横穿而
过。其历史可追溯到商周时期，西汉置县，古称梁邹。
在邹平县的长山镇，至今还有一条主干道名为范公路。战国时期的思想家陈仲子， 魏
晋之际的古代数学泰斗刘徽，还有北宋名相范仲淹等等，都出自邹平。不过，如今这里
更多的是以企业命名的乡镇、村庄和道路，比如魏桥集团起家的魏桥镇，西王集团坐落
的西王村，或者长星集团门前的风电城路。
改革开放至今，邹平已经发展成为山东省数一数二的工业强县，邹平目前上市公司数量
、融资额均居山东省县级城市第一，全国县域经济基本竞争力百强排名常年在前20。

Natick, Newton都各有一例确诊，还都是学生家长，Bedford有个家长在等新冠检测结
果，Concord的Emerson Hospital也已经经手过了一起确诊，医院方面不肯公开说这个
人住哪里，但肯定不是Concord的学生家长
燎原之势恐怕就是接下去的1，2周里要开始了，各个镇的学区还在挤牙膏一样的斟酌到

据美国《星岛日报》报道，上周五(11月14日)下午美国湾区一名华裔工程师，在枪杀公
司3高层人员匿藏16小时后，于11月15日晨向警方自首被捕，警方未在其身上发现武器
，15日中午将其落案控以3项谋杀罪名。
据报道，警方表示，47岁的被告吴京华平日为人和善有礼，相信他行凶动机是被公
司解雇后一时冲动怪罪三名死者。他15日晨10时45分在山景城El Camino Real夹Grant
Road的一商店前致电圣他克拉市警方自首，警员抵场将其拘捕。警员拘捕他时在其身上
未发现行凶的9毫米口径的凶枪或其它武器，相信被告在行凶后已弃置。
被解雇后回公司求见三高层
《星岛日报》16日报道说，圣他克拉警察局长Steve Lodge15日透露，警方已将被

在18世纪，美国的知识份子都与开国元勋们的共和主义同调合拍，尤其是在19世纪，他
们总体上都认同以拉尔夫-爱默生（Ralph Emerson）为代表的个人主义－－这是美国人
生活方式的核心。美国的开国元勋们一致认为个人主义理念对于维护自由制度而言是不
可或缺的。在普通美国人的心目中，个人主义首先与共和主义密不可分，其次和民主密
不可分。虽然在欧洲，那里的人们习惯性地将个人主义视为对利他主义道德价值观的威
胁，但在美国，个人主义却被认为是道德的根基；在欧洲，人们总是把个人主义描述为
“社会进步”的障碍，而在美国，个人主义却被视为社会进步的主要推动力之一。
然而，从1920年代末开始，美国与欧洲之间的这一巨大而重要的差别却开始变得模糊起
