郭沫若研究在80年代以来的遇冷，跟“非郭沫若”认识装置有关。“去革命化”“现代
化范式”“为学术而学术”“纯文学”是这种认识装置形成的主要原因。以学术和文学
创作为革命和现实生活服务的革命者郭沫若，被排除在这种认识装置之外，在相关的文
学史和史学史研究中被割裂、放逐、抛弃。同时，郭沫若研究受“非郭沫若”认识装置
的影响，一些成果出现了偏差。反思“非郭沫若”认识装置，需要反思80年代以来的社
会思潮，但又不是回到“革命史范式”，而是突破专业分工，重建一种更具包容性和整

提要：“重写文学史”、“为学术而学术”影响下的“非郭沫若”认识装置的出现，主
要源自知识界对改革开放前中国社会主义实践的质疑。他们急于抛弃社会主义中国和左
翼知识界的历史，拥抱“历史的终结”和资本主义的全球化。
80年代以来，尽管还有相当一部分学者坚持郭沫若研究，并取得了一定的成果，但无可
讳言，在文史领域，郭沫若研究已经成为相当冷门的专业。在文学史专业中，郭沫若研
究不仅不能跟鲁迅研究相比，也无法跟周作人、沈从文研究相比；在史学史和近代思想
史研究领域亦如此，与研究章太炎、胡适、陈寅恪等人相比，用“冰火两重天”来形容
郭沫若研究一点都不为过。

这几天中印对峙进入最后的紧张状态，外交部的公告已经表明，如果印度再不醒悟，雷
霆毁灭就会到来。不过在这最紧张的时刻，中国却被美国钻了个空子。借助中印对峙，
中国军事关注度在西线最为集中的这几天，美国在东线星夜达成了继续部署4台薩德系
统发射车的合约，这简直是太令人恶心了。
要知道，薩德系统在韩国安装后我国东部大部分省份，包括首都北京的安全都会暴露在
美国的眼皮子底下。简单举例就是：“即便起飞一家小的私人飞机，也会被美国人看到
。” 同时更关键的是，薩德系统可以拦截远程导弹，而这就将导致中美之间的“核对
毁”平衡被打破。薩德就像三体里的“水滴”，由于可以锁死地球人的“广播对毁”平
衡，所以水滴给地球人带来了巨大的威胁。
此前中俄的战略中心一直在关注这一地区，中国和俄罗斯甚至联手举行了专门的反薩德

网上讨论很热烈，但不见有人分析如果中印开战，中国怎么打。老索太忙一般不发言了
，不过遇上国际大事，还是想凑个热闹。
首先，大环境不是打大仗的时候。中美俄都无意展开大国间全面战争。因为日子都能过
。特别是美国并不希望爆发世界战争，而只希望有限度他想打的时候他能打赢的时候才
开打的战争。如果战争有利于他国借机扩充地盘乘势崛起，美国不会支持这样的战争。
在东欧，中东，以及亚洲，美国表现得的非常谨慎，背后的战略考虑基本是这个思路。
其次，中印大规模战争爆发，中国资本并不会如美国所期盼得，流入美国。中国已今非
昔比，现在是资本大户，所谓国际资本，能大规模流动的，其实就是中国资本。中东资
本早已被美国套住吃喝了，没多少可流动了。战争一起，中国资本就留着自用了。中国

Considering actions, the son could be taken as a realistic Muslim. Guess
people could believe that they are the majority (of a religion which has

奥巴马医保法案七年前开始实施以来，废除这一法案，一直是美国共和党人誓言的目标
，也是特朗普竞选总统的主要口号。如今白宫和国会两院都被共和党掌握，7月28日凌
晨参议院一项关键投票，因为三名共和党人倒戈，使得共和党全党渲染七年的这一努力
付诸东流。
这项政治失败，再次彰显特朗普政府至今内外政治成就，实在是“雷声大，雨点小”。
这里一个重要因素，便是特朗普代表和利用的下层白人民粹主义，带有强烈的反精英主
义成分。这不能不引起精英控制的美国上层主流的抵制杯葛，包括许多传统共和党人士

“推特治国”，是伟大的川普总统发明的一大创举，此举曾在川普竞选过程中起到过举
足轻重的作用。
在川普当选之后，起到了更大的作用。尤其在“破坏美国民主”的所谓“自由媒体”一
边倒的造谣、污蔑中，川普的“推文”一枝独秀，不惧“风必摧之”。
经过一番苦战，在白宫幕僚长换人之后，川普的总统推特发文风格，风云突变。不再像
往常那样，动辄炮轰竞选对手克林顿，或者拿“通俄门”调查开刀、拿共和党党内同僚
开刀，而是把重点放在政绩亮点上面，自吹自擂，所谓老川卖瓜、自卖自夸。
川普7月31日任命海军陆战队四星上将退役的凯利出任白宫幕僚长，到4日刚好是上任第
一周。一般认为，川普期盼凯利能够大力整顿白宫纪律，为白宫带来新气象。白宫发言
人桑德斯日前答复媒体询问时也说，白宫上上下下所有人，今后都要听命于凯利，这当
中包括第一千金伊凡卡以及夫婿库许纳。

北韩外交部长日永豪说：如果美国对平壤采取军事行动，英勇的朝鲜人民军已经准备充
分，有了猎枪，就能消灭豺狼。朝鲜人 "在任何情况下" 都不会将其核武器和弹道导弹
计划放下，而安静的坐在谈判桌上。他们要让美国人尝尝朝鲜人的厉害，知道什么叫“
锅儿是铁铸的”。朝鲜儿女筑成钢铁长城，严阵以待，随时歼灭入侵之敌。
朝鲜外长继续说道：“除非美国对朝鲜的敌对政策和核威胁已从根本上消除，我们不会
退缩一寸，我们必须加强自己的核力量。”面对今日处境困难的朝鲜，咱们中国人好了

标题： 美国将派航母访问越南？

美国国防部长詹姆斯·马蒂斯８日与到访的越南国防部长吴春历会谈。五角大楼宣布，
明年将派一艘航空母舰访问越南。
这将是１９７５年越南战争结束后美国航母首次访问越南。
但尚不清楚美军航母会选择在明年什么时候、什么时机访问越南，届时是否会与越南海
军进行联合演习，是否停泊可以容纳航母进驻的越南南部深水良港金兰湾。美军舰船近
年来多次在金兰湾停靠维修。
越南政府先前在一份声明中说，越南总理阮春福今年５月访问白宫时，与美国总统唐纳
德·特朗普讨论了航母访越事宜。
美国副总统迈克·彭斯４月宣布，特朗普将在１１月访问越南，参加亚太经济合作组织
领导人非正式会议。

们个忙，在中印边境冲突问题上帮着说合一下，大家有话好好说。
北韩事态紧急，美国总统川普好容易待到昨晚天黑，才好和中共首脑习近平打电话，据
说是想听听习对朝鲜战争的看法。究竟习讲了些什么？鬼才知道。事后估计川普有些灰
溜溜的，受到一通教训。因为习严格要求川普克制言行，不要随心所欲，以避免惹得金
三北韩下蛋，所以仗是不打的好。
按官方消息，习近平老调重弹，中美在朝鲜无核方面有共同利益："有关方面要保持克
制，避免加剧朝鲜半岛局势紧张的言行。要坚持对话谈判的大方向。中方愿在和美方沟
通，让问题妥善解决"。不过，习还是做了承诺，他将去哄哄外孙金三，叫他注意不要
