我觉得美国最宜居的地方应该是北卡一带, 天气好景色美房价也不贵, 上山下海都不远

前个周六在East Canyon State Park附近骑(UT Rt 65 above Emigration Canyon Rd)
，5英里连续上坡，发现还是不行，要推着走一段才能到Big Mountain Pass。还要接着
练。
上周六在Antelope Island，是road biking的好地方，causeway绝对平坦，岛上有点小
坡，不让你觉得单调，但也不累。
这周六打算南下Utah Lake附近。或者再去Mill Creek Canyon。上个月在Mill Creek
Canyon骑到Church Fork picnic area那里，正打算爽爽的冲下山，却发现轮胎破了，
真把我活活气死。 |

Biking is superior than hiking in the sense that it covers more distance and
lets you see more things.
今天趁着最后几天夏天般的好天气，下了班就去Emigration Canyon骑车。高兴的是现
在能轻松的骑到最高处的那个pass，不满意的是爬坡的时候总是被fellow biker追上，
从来没有我追上别人的。这里的居民真是太野蛮了，我还要加把劲。 |

小破车可不行，你跟不上的。group ride要水平相当，不然老是等人就没劲。搞个稍微
专业点的，平地无风能维持18-20mph，或者能一口气骑上Emigration Canyon，就差不
多可以一起玩了。

tried LCC.
Paved road in LCC, quite some car traffic and bike traffic. Do you plan to

SL, Granite, Canyons从名气上都很好啊！Asian比率最高的是第一个。Sandy了。
那里是中国人聚集区。上班要25分钟左右。
好的小学有：Granite，Brookwood，Quail Hollow，Sunrise， Willow canyon。
如果嫌太远，可以考虑在Cottonwood heights，Holladay，East Millcreek落户
（这里的顺序是一个比一个往北）
Holladay的好学校有Howard R Driggs， Cottonwood School （Holladay BLVD上面）
Ctnwd Hgts的好学校有Butler，Canyon View
Millcreek那里有个很好的Morningside Magnet，eastwood，Oakridge。

But for all the improvement I have made in cycling speed and power, I think
the greatest achievement I have ever made is rather breaking free from one
culture and embracing another, one that I can relate to and chose out of
free will. I think this may be a spirit shared by many Chinese emigrants,
athletes and non-athletes alike...

fun doing spring skiing, hunt and harvest corn. it looks like all about
