堆人不愿意，最后就被强拆了。。。
不过修地铁起码算公众利益，最近俺们单位打算多招500人，但这样大门口的交通就会
比较堵，于是打算新开一个门，市政府为了多拿点俺们单位的税款就很支持，要用
eminant domain强拆五六栋房子修条路通往那个新大门。。。

得解决社保医保退休，然后再挂标拍卖。拆迁和房地产商没啥关系了。
美国的法律和国家机器比中国强大多了，eminent domain法律可以把私人房子征收，来
修路、盖房、urban renewal，招商引资都可以。只要法院认为“公共利益”大过“个
人利益”即刻，公共利益包括公有的和私有的。这就是为什么发达国家城市横平竖直，
发展中国家一团乱麻。
美国没有钉子户，和国家机器做对掐死你比一只蚂蚁还简单，舆论机器也不站在你这边
。几十年美国大建设期间征收房子太多了，白道黑道方法都有。当年建铁路的时候，铁
路大亨对于不肯合作的人采取灭门拆迁，把全家能继承财产的人全杀光，问题自然解决
。现在拆迁还是存在的，包括前些年沸沸扬扬的kelo vs New Londonn。我去年开车还

oakland不愿意raiders搬家，居然祭出了eminent domain，强买raiders，不让其搬家
。
eminent domain相当于美国的强拆法，比如要修路，路上的房子要拆。如果证明修路这
个事情是serve the public good，可以按照市场价格，政府强买。
只是用在强买橄榄球队，还表示是public good，算是奇葩。
最后闹到了加州最高法庭还是啥的，最后还是让搬了。不过搬了没多久又回来了。

有点区别的, 至少, 你如果要用减一 (而不用加一) 的话, 还得补充说明素数是从2开
始, 并且至少有2个, 否则2-1是比2小的, 而不是比2大 (也就是你无法说明n-1比最大
的素数要大), 所以从这个角度来说反而是弄巧成拙), 他所谓的 "simpler" 无非就是
默认了 "任何一个数都有素因子" 这句话, 没有具体说明而已.
