Acceptance。之后保持这个状态十天，已经不淡定了，昨晚上8点，收到信approved，状态直接跳到
Post Decision Activity。
我是DIY的，折腾了挺久。
简单背景：化学专业。目前博后，身份是OPT延期，只剩下四五个月了。系里小蜜催着
我转J1，我告诉她我正在弄绿卡。她居然说，我没见过谁能在半年内搞定的。
Claim了四条：
publications:共八篇。纯一作只有两篇，包括一篇Nature。另外有篇IF 10的杂志的共
同一作。其他的都是二三作（IF 2-9)。citations 200+.参加过5次会议。
media report:那篇Nature有七八个media reports（有些提到我，有些只提老板的名字
），外加十几个网络媒体的转载。都堆上去，再附上那些网站的流量。
contribution: 把引用文献和媒体报道里吹捧的话都用上。再找推荐人吹。除了两个老
板，剩下四个independent。除美国的之外两个加拿大的，一个英国的。五个学术界的

模板deny，那句top scientists have thousands of citations彻底把我雷到了。。。
花了两星期修改了以前的petition letter， 直接PP，RD 2/12, 今天早上收到邮件，
approved. 这次肯定不是0214审的。。。为了保险，我还递了一个NIW，白白浪费了580
刀，都是0214害的。
背景：
10 papers (8一作) + 1 book chapter (sole author) + 1 patent
引用110，独立引用102，一作的引用105.
review：36 journal manuscripts for 12 journals (most of them IF 3-12)， and

还在和ADOT打官司希望能阻止施工。好像7月中旬会出结果。
要想了解受这条高速影响的地区情况，可以在ADOT的网站上找：

点“right of way maps”就能看到地图了。
现在应该是买不到落在高速right of way上的新房了。买到了也当不成钉子户。因为是
政府项目，ADOT会用eminent domain以市价把房子买走的。你说的新区如果是17th Ave
& Pecos那个的话，只是紧挨着高速，而不是在高速ROW上。那3所学校离高速也都还有
一段距离。Tukee还有些学校将来会挨着高速的。
还可以考虑85284，特别是warner ranch. 这个区学校不错，交通也很便利。 |

看看你们去过几个？
排名第三的彼得堡的state hermitage museum，拍过电影russian ark，就记得金碧辉
煌，没看到什么画……
排第15的Yale Center for British Art我也常觉得比英国的画廊都好……小而精致，
各个时期和画家的代表作收集得很精，介绍也很精，看完印象很深。建筑也很宽敞明亮
，令人愉快，不过太亮是不是对画不好。
有个Doha的Museum of Islamic Art。希望有机会去。
台北故宫上榜，北京故宫没上，倒是北京的789工厂榜上有名。说最近有一个Duchamp
and/or/in China的展览，到六月中截止。听着挺有趣，不知道goldy去看过没。
第50名是波士顿的museum of bad art，听着很好玩，有人去过吗？

本文因当时报道刘晓波邀请疆独领袖热比亚作为嘉宾参加诺贝尔颁奖仪式，从而引起首发版面对于与藏独疆独合作是否为叛国争论这一事件产生。我对刘晓波抨击政府，发表08宪章，获得诺贝尔等其他事迹立场完全中性，并无抨击。
不吵架，说点历史故事。
这次被多次使用来嘲笑土共的1935年诺贝尔和平奖获得者，Carl von Ossietzky，因为
当年被Nazi政府禁止领奖，基本都是用来类比这次的刘小波，当然含义就是，土共是

于是有了点兴趣，看了看这位Carl von Ossietzky的生平。他是因为向外国媒体泄露德
国违背凡尔赛条约，重新装备空军并在苏联训练飞行员的事件，而被德国当时的魏玛
共和国（原文发表时为纳粹，后经指正改为事实上的当时民主国家魏玛共和国）
以间谍罪和叛国罪起诉并定罪的。他的获奖造成了巨大的争议，甚至有评奖委员会成

历史总是不断的轮回，让我们回到1882年前后的排华法案诞生前后，去看看当年的左逼
民猪党如何对待华裔，你会惊奇的发现，左逼们当年的行动对策和现在2016年有那么多
相似的地方。
我的结论就是，当年的排华运动由白左们一手推动，偏左的民猪党大力支持，背后全力
推动，偏右的共和党虽然多数反对排华，但是为了不丢失选票，遮遮掩掩但是不得不妥
协，最终导致排华法案成功，祸害华裔好多年。
