没有给扣税,不知道该如何补交这部分的税? 公司没有寄来任何资料表格, 说是让我既
当emplor又当emplee 补交税, 大概15%左右.
该如何补交呢? 填什么表呢? 1099? 具体哪个1099表呢?

F1和H4都是非工作类签证。不管NIW, EB1A或EB1B,485不都是是EMPLORMENT BASED的吗？
