You are right, before this time, I was mostly practicing different drills.
Occasionally I did some whole stroke swim for 100m/200m just to see how it
can benefit from the drills. I still think there is quite some room for
technique improvement, that is why "动作尚未定型", and I never trained for
endurance swim (instead, my goal was to swim more "economically", under the
influence of TI). Maybe it is time to get out of my "comfort zone".

了她不停生病的日子。送出去一天就生一个星期的病，最严重的时候还传染全家，没有
办法，只好让老三回家呆着。好在运气不错，朋友介绍了babysitter, 我终于在三月份
的最后一个星期游了三次，值得撒花庆祝！:-) 今天学flip & turn, 上完课自己游了2
个50Y, 哈哈，尽管断了这么长时间，现在终于每次能比较自如的连续游个50码，也算
小有进步。flip & turn 还需要多加练习，还没有找到感觉。
希望以后能坚持一个星期三次的训练，先保证训练量的前提下，再琢磨怎么有效的提高
Endurance, Form and Speed。下一步打算follow beginner's swim workout for 800Y
, 看看有没有比我自己傻游更能提高点 :-)

被炸没了。也就是说整个endurance的重心分布也同时被破坏了，如果旋转的话不可能
继续绕着那个docking station转，而那个dock本身也会有一定的圆周运动。在现实情
况下男主实现对接是完全没有可能的

Natural Premium”（他们所在州Wisconsin的品牌），我们村里面各大超市都没有这个

别产品（比如 Endurance Plus）5颗星。不知道中部地区的朋友，有使用过这个牌子的
吗？
每次都是去隔壁一个小镇（单程30多分钟）一个小宠物店有代售这个牌子。每次买3包
普通狗粮+1包 Endurance Plus。每一趟差不多150刀的样子。管好几个月。就这样，坚
持到现在1岁多了。我们考虑，能不能换成比较大众一些的品牌，这样购买也方便，超

我最基本的问题是：
人从哪里来？人又要到哪里去？
人生的意义到底是什么？
怎样才能有一个有意义的人生？
这些问题，我只有在信仰神中得到了解答。不仅解答了头脑逻辑上的疑问，也在情感上
经历了神的爱，在弟兄姐妹教会中不完美，但甘甜的爱，经历了信靠神，不论在困境或
平顺时，神都爱我，指引我。
也许有人会说，精神作用，其实基督教信仰有非常多的证据。推荐：铁证代判
是一位曾经坚定的反基人士写的。我鼓励版上的反基们也学习这位的严谨精神，去寻找
真正有意义的证据，而不要只纠结与一两句自己认为解释正确的经文或者体会。

平顺时，神都爱我，指引我。

是一位曾经坚定的反基人士写的。我鼓励版上的反基们也学习这位的严谨精神，去寻找
真正有意义的证据，而不要只纠结与一两句自己认为解释正确的经文或者体会。
