现在终于出院了。在此写份产经和在NICU的经历，给早产的妈妈们做个参考。
35周+1天：那天中饭前发现bleeding，下午2点到医院内检两指了，宫缩511。4点OB到的时候已
经4指了，人工破水。7点上Epidural，8点开5指。护士加了那种加速宫缩的IV，预计一小时开一指
应该凌晨3、4点可以生。而实际上10点就10指了，开始Push的过程。
35周+2天：凌晨1点宝宝出生，5磅6盎司。APGAR score一分钟和五分钟均为9分。
经验就是发现任何异常，保险如果比较不错的话，尽量去医院检查一下。我在怀孕期间是挺顺利的，
没出现过bleeding的现象。
我们一开始对于早产并没有很重视，因为宝宝出生的时候长的挺饱满的，体重也不算轻。所有人都觉
得长得不像早产儿，包括OB都觉得应该会正常时间出院。但是从一开始，医院的新生儿医生和护士就
一直说要呆一到两周，我们以为只要表现好，一周肯定也出院了，没想到居然折腾了16天这么久，宝

I am tired too at 4,5 pm and become very sleepy, but feel energetic after a
10-min nap. I am at ~30 week. Short of breach is probably due to the size of
baby. He is pushing your lung.

if there is any negative factors (to the unborn baby) in your working
environment. If there is risk that you don't want to take, then it's better
to quit. (I did.) Physically, everyone's experience is different... you
can give yourself some time to find out if you're having a smooth pregnancy
or one that makes you very tired or uncomfortable.

大约几个问题：
1，我这样的、我老公这样的、我们这样的是不是适合海归？
我确实没有这个本事回答，要自己计算风险。
我上大学的时候，男友曾经试探是否可以同居，我回家本来想跟我爸探讨这个男人都是
怎么想事儿的，我爸却给了我一个简单的建议“你只要能承担风险，同居不是问题。”
随遇而安，不要抱着必须怎样才能回来的目的，理想主义是生活的一部分，但只是一部
分。面子更是无所谓的小事儿。
重大选择要计算一家人的得失，但不是计较，别在小事儿上纠缠。只计算大得大失，像
适应过程这些都是小事儿，经历都可以计算在收获中。
2，海归和归海的两个巨大转折，一家人怎么适应。
说来话长，这个恐怕得写不少贴。实际发生的事情跟想像中很不同。
3，怎么养育个性强、敏感、情绪不稳定的孩子。
弟弟一岁的时候，对于他有时候带着自虐倾向的固执我束手无策，就到网上买了这本书
。并不觉得一定是这方面最好的一本，至少不像是how to talk 那么容易操作，但是它
给了我不少实际帮助。

＂看了第一章，我跟老公说，以后再也不许说弟弟是difficult boy！他是spirited！
哥哥是天使，他是精灵。
读育儿的书，不仅为了孩子们，更是我自己经常需要的＂therapy＂，总是要放两本在
床头。有的时候真是现上轿现扎耳朵眼，被孩子们整的没辙了，直接回屋去看书。我更
喜欢美国这种案例型的书，让感到很失败的我得到些平衡＂原来很多比我儿子还不好管
的孩子＂，至于那些上哈佛、爬藤，培养天才的就当小说翻翻，不会像圣经一样放床头。
回屋看书，让我无意中得到了一条好经验，就是没有安全问题的情况下，尽快离开现场
：让他自己生一会儿气。和另一个也情绪激动或者试图压制他发泄的大人在一起，会使

had a fever, so I gave him yobaby yogurt, water, and plenty of fruit (his
favorite). And like yours, mine is less energetic and doesn't run around
like he usually does. Few days ago he got a fever when the weather got
cold all of a sudden, so now I make him wear pants and socks. Otherwise he
enjoys running around the house barefooted.

exercise. You will fall asleep quickly. Though you wake up 2-3 hours

all like repeated motions. They practice whatever they like to do, over and
over, which is good for their brain development. Refer to Maria Montessori's
books. Another great book to recommend: The Happiest Toddler On the Block.
Nice tips for dealing with toddler's tantrums and you will have better
understanding of them and you will connect with your boy better, perhaps.

我们不是好比的父母，但是如果要是未来会影响他生活了还是会很担心的。
而且我对他主动去学的可能性很不乐观，指令他能听懂，只能在他愿意follow的时候才follow，剩下时间就跟没听见一样。
非常非常的好动，daycare老师都说相当的
energetic，跟非爸妈的人互动也只有别人做了怪异的举动会咯咯笑。另外就是非常的没耐心，要说小娃都没有耐心，但是我家娃daycare老师都觉得突出的急性子。
另外puzzle积木和同龄比也很落后，好吧假设人家是空间学习类型的，不知道凭空间咋学习语言和沟通技巧啊？ |

combined income was quite high, but we never were able to enjoy life. It was
like a huge spinning bike, never stopped.
My son just turned two. We were very lucky, had a great nanny. But it is
time for him to have more interaction with outside,a nanny is not enough.
Daycare is not an option for us, both of our jobs are demanding: mine
