现目前刚有一个4个月的娃，还在婆婆的大力帮助下也搞得个人仰马翻，精疲力尽。想
着盼着星星盼着月亮等着这个娃大一点的时候能走了能说了，或许可以轻松一点的时候
。估计另外一个娃也顺理成章的在孕育之中了，然后又是一场艰苦的战斗。。。如果是
特别enjoy家庭主妇这个职业的妈妈来说，或许是乐在其中。但是对于我这种从小就想
往外跑，狐朋狗友一大堆的人来说，这样被日复一日，年复一年的困在家里，围着灶台
围着老公围着娃转的人来说确实是一个挑战。话说挑战个1，2年也就罢了。可是人在美
国谁能同意就要一个娃？这务必是一个持久战。可人的青春又有几年啊。。。再说说心
理方面的感受。谁在国内没有自己的圈子？没有自己的工作能力？没有自己的铁杆“粉
丝团”？到了美国，啥也干不了了。真是全都成了浮云。曾经的辉煌也就仅仅残存在记

和小黑的第一次接触，记得是因为我给她回了一个帖子，里面误把她的ID搞错了，她很
郑重其事的特意给我邮箱写信纠正，给我留下了深刻的印象。
而后慢慢发现她在圣迭戈版上算是个名人。而她带儿子去参加的那个社区的亲子班，我
后来在她的介绍下加入了，觉得效果很好。现在我也在她的带动下加入了义工的行列，
和小黑一起开过几次会，小黑文中提到的去食物银行的那次活动，我和儿子也参加了。
这两天版上大水滔天，我本来是只打算旁观的（抱歉，本人一向是潜水一族，喜欢看热
闹，再加上马上要生老二了，实在是腾不出空来），不过感觉不把我所了解的情况说出
来，似乎如鲠在喉，心里很别扭。再次声明，我发文的目的只是给大家提供一个尽可能
客观的旁观者的描述，能让大家（包括小黑本人）在分析这件事情和如何帮助孩子上提
供一些希望有用的信息。如有不妥，恳请大家轻砸，以和为贵，大家都本着解决问题的
态度，避免将宝贵的时间和精力耗费在无谓的争执上。

有时去体育馆也会去老黑的场子混着打打。大家都打的很好的，所以基本都不犯规
，你有啥本事就使啥，而且都很enjoy打球的过程，扣篮，空中接力能玩就玩。有次我
跳起
来把要隔着我扣篮的老黑给拦下来，自己队的人会说我应该让开，犯这规没意义，飞起
来的人容易受伤。刚开始打的时候老黑都看我挺稀奇，后来看我打的还不错，长也算高
，就会让我防对方比较厉害的，而且 Yao，Yao的叫我。说实话，叫我 Yao 我挺自豪的
。姚明在他们眼里就是All star，长的够高，有统治力，还能大把的赚钱，简直就是
dream啊。人家才不会说什么啥姚明是cancer，啥最后老是掉链子，怎么老抢不到篮板
。在他们眼里，姚明就是dreamer。我想中国人看球是不是也要学学这种心态。Enjoy！

第二，黑白冲洗的过程不是什么enjoy不enjoy的问题，作为创作的一部分他本来就未必

further away of the return, the riskier.
If you work hard now (which you don't enjoy, just save for future return),
you are making an investment which may or may not pay off in future.
What you should do is to enjoy now: find a enjoyable work or a husband you

now.

这个小孩上初中， 她家养了只两岁的公德牧， 从puppy开始养的， 最近想再进一只德
牧， 去shelter没看到满意的。 她每次来我家都很喜欢和艾迪玩， 就想把艾迪带回去。

1. 感情上舍不得

3. 怕艾迪和她家公德牧争宠打架。
4. 她家在很远的外州，过去的话估计得坐飞机，很折腾。
5. 我家宝宝不能和狗玩了。
给她的理由：
1. 现在艾迪住在外面， 到她家可以住在家里面。 另外我现在又要上班还要管宝宝，
给艾迪的时间有限， 到她家有人陪，也有狗可以一起玩，可能会更开心。

当然可能的情况多了。
1. 他本身感受这种重复无效劳动是苦逼的，死循环逃不出去了。
2. 他本身enjoy这种重复无效劳动，没有理由的enjoy，自发性high
3. 他本身不enjoy这种重复无效劳动，但是在不断的无效劳动过程中体验到生命的真谛
或者是某些值得enjoy的东西，转而enjoy这种状态。
加入旁人看来这个参数， 旁人看来他很苦逼，把这种信息传递给他，那么上述1-3 的
可能性还有不少分支。
总体来讲大概是
a. 这种信息对他是无效的signal， 1-3依旧如上
b. 这种信息被他coding加入了自己幸福权衡的系统，原来的幸福体系被干扰了，2-3
滑入死循环苦逼行列. |

有PASSION, ENJOY 工作当然是很重要的，对那些有幸能选择一份有PASSION,
ENJOYABLE工作的同学，我只能借用另一位伟大领袖的话：“XXXX的人有福了。”对一
般人而言，PASSION/ENJOY之于工作，就象是爱情之于婚姻、或是金钱之于生活一样，
没她是不好的，有她是不够的。譬如说，对 personal statement 写道因为PASSION/
ENJOY而选择做医生的同学，不知如何回答这个问题：“match 不上的话，会不会选择
回国做医生，以满足你的PASSION/ENJOY？”
看到很多template personal statement，都说 做医生的PASSION 来自Saving life,
helping people。可其实做一个家庭医生或是理疗康复医生的话，在Saving life,
helping people 这方面，远远不如 ICU的护士，或是 paramedics。那他为什么不选择
做ICU的护士，或是 paramedics？ |

作为一个女人，个人以为在瑞士，首先的任务是如何做一个好妈妈，然后才会去考虑学

我，19岁来到欧洲，开始是读书，还是上数学系的（当时在德国学语言，在德国申请大
学），后来晃来晃去来到了瑞士，认识了现在的先生，当时他已经工科博士毕业，后来
就是结婚有了孩子，主动放弃了在读的diploma，专心做一个家庭主妇和文青妈妈，感
觉挺好的。在孩子不需要很多时间的时候，再去大学里旁听自己喜欢的东西。也曾想过
是否再次回去继续读diploma，后来想想，还是放弃了。因为我毕竟没有什么上进心来
着。
我经常想，是做一个女博士后，在学业上在研究上苦苦打拼的女博士后快乐，还是做一
个简单的hausfrau，会做很好吃的菜，空闲的时候和先生一起去看演唱会或者歌剧，
把家里打理得漂漂亮亮的，孩子也很健康成长的hausfrau更快乐呢。
