WB 和crappie都有，WB 还可以开始有母的了，crappie 在傍晚比较活跃，带minnow因

发帖数: 2677 | 11 前几天花了点时间给CZ 75 TS配了套手枪比赛入门设备，鉴于版上群众纷纷以实际行动
表态添了好几把比赛级别的手枪，分享一下心得，希望大家少走弯路
１.枪套
最好当然是CRSpeed - WSM II Model 2 Holster这样的race holster，但是贵，要$150
+，而且限于比赛用途单一，平时open或conceal carry都不大合适。新手入门退而求其
次的话用Blade tech定制的就可以了，Blade tech的优点是完全模块化，可以根据需要
或比赛规则组合，而且平时用不显山不露水。
玩枪时间虽然短，但是亲眼见过从Blackhawk Serpa CQC系列枪套里拔枪卡住。所以上千刀
的枪买了，最好再花几十刀配个好点的定制枪套。
我给Sig 1911和75 TS进得都是Blade-Tech - DOH Dropped and Offset Holster ，一
个SR loop，一个Tek-Lok Loop，可以互换。两个枪套都可以可以调整cant，可以选择是否用DOH
（有了DOH拔枪要快不少）。从reddotshooting进每个$65的样子。

我的个人看法是：首先要搞清楚高血压的原因。是家族遗传问题，还是伴随血糖产生的
，和胰岛素抗性是否有联系，心电图结果如何等。然后才能确定跑步是否有效。假如没
有什么特殊的原因，就是大多数人那样，活动少，饮食没有注意（比如米面特别多），
血脂也高一些，心脏机能弱，那么跑步应该会有一些效果。
有人专门做过这方面的研究，就是跑步是否可以改善高血压：

说过的，创作于我，就仿佛大便，要吃下去很多，才能拉出一点点。那种跑肚方式的创
作，至今在我身上还没有发生过。幸甚！
另外多说一句，在网上挖坑，就像手淫，可能能带来一时的快感，但是高潮之后只能是
更长时间的空虚和寂寥。而且手淫如果过频，可能对身体也不是太好。
