后来用sudo ifconfig eno down,然后再up, 一般能解决问题, 不过 还是慢, 半天才刷
新网络连接, 实在不爽..
最近安装一些软件的时候也老出问题, 这个package没有那个没有(gtk, gcc最新,
openCV), 报一些半天都解决不了的问题,
只好放弃去用我的慢死了的台式机windows..
不爽不爽, 有时候想把电脑摔了. |

将标本分为2份：一份boiled，一份unboiled
在4度下跑SDS-PAGE胶
然后Western blot程序
最好在胶片上判断：Boiled的标本只有1条monomer带，unboiled的标本在2倍monomer分
子量位
置有条带表示是dimer |

发帖数: 585 | 47 我总是看别人很不易看到的电影。 看完后，心情激动，没人分享。所以沉淀在心理。
偶然走进电影院，喝过的红酒的热度还未消除，想看的电影时间不对。看了海报，“The
son's room"情节平淡。但是不太愿意看另一个印度的喜剧”Moonsoon weddind"。
电影可以情节简单，几乎平淡，没有绚烂的画面，没有激烈的对白，没有任何摄影绝招。
电影可以如此接近生活。可以如此真实和真诚。音乐呢？ 一首Brian Eno缓慢哀伤的歌。
这样的电影在美国是不可思意的。这样的电影赢了Cannes!
意大利海边小城。当心理医生的父亲总是在海边跑步。他天性深沉，神色忧郁，但嘴角流
