我说的更细致点吧，
靠良好习惯进入打坐，是很好的。-- 我缺这个。
另外一个方面，是靠自由的愿望直接化为行动的打坐。
这两个方面，恐怕缺一不可。
习惯-行动，这个因果比较容易看明白。此时需要看得是心是否跟随着习惯而没有
其他溜走。
自由愿望-行动，这个过程最有意思，为什么有时候有愿望却没有化为行动，中间
被插入了什么，如何流转。 如果能直接化为行动（心向，心行一致），这个过程的细
节如何。
努力其实是不对的，是没有必要的花招。 如果说一心的话，唯一有用的一心，就是
做某个事情的一心，他的直接结果就是做某事。努力是额外插进来的，是干扰因素。
一是习惯，2是自由，此外的东西，都最好小心。 比如什么努力。
自由最有意思，对我还如电光火石般难以把握。什么是自由，这里每个人的每个文章

就是婴儿配方奶粉了. 因为一直决定母乳喂养，这个research作得最少. 只知道好几种
畅销品牌，比如similac，Enfamil，nestle，gerber，etc. 其实各种牌子，差别应该
不大，都是按指标配出来的么. 每种牌子还有不同的细类. 可能还分不同的stage，给
年龄不一的小宝吃.
奶粉先不买呢. 去它们厂家的网站注册，会收到样品. 医院应该也有样品. 够用一阵子
了. Research我以后用得着再作吧. 现在能懒一点是一点拉.
不过记得从哪儿看来过一条有用信息，说是一个宝宝本来喝similac的，后来便秘拉，
换Enfamil就好了. 所以我暂时倾向Enfamil现在.

纸尿裤是也. 不同大小的宝宝用不同size的尿裤: newborn，1，1-2，3，4,…每种尿裤

继christmas在ER待了一天之后，娃又住了三天院，吊水的过程惨不忍睹。

什么时候掉出来的，外面纱布包得很牢。
然后重新再上iv，住院部能上的护士全上了，最后连nicu的护士都叫来了，小手小脚所
有的血管都试了，插进去，在里面搅一阵，偶尔摸到血管，然后又滑掉了。就没一个成
功的。我实在忍不住，去跟医生说，能不能不吊了。
娃实在太太太可怜了，现在不光她有心理阴影，我也有了。

I didn't want to say anything but this has been ridiculous. If you
opened and run a restaurant no matter who comes to you it is gonna be your
