中国的确也参加了这个组织，派了成员去。但是这个并非等于中国承认其有权威性。就

其还偏帮，那么错的不是我，而是这个地方吧。

发帖数: 1912 | 4 我实际接触中从没听过一个人，哪怕一个人，说过中国驻外任何一个使馆领事馆一次好
话。考虑到不同人的背景和海外经历的差异，这种一致性令人惊讶。
留学生还好，基本就是说有事千万不要找使馆，问题无论大小都不能解决，还受官老爷
气。骂的最狠的是长年跑海外的商务人士，说如果你已经死到临头没有办法了，那也只
能去使馆试试了。
使馆名声差到底是单纯因为态度不好，还是态度能力都不行？
另外感觉很多国家政府官僚气息不比中国差，是不是除了美日欧等少数国家外，各国大
使馆都差不多？起码我无法相信印度使馆会比中国强……有人和印度兄弟交流过吗？

前几年悉尼的领事馆办事，眼看着一个北京老爷们因为抱怨了一句服务态度不友好，柜
台的人就说你的证件进来我们也不办，他问为啥不办，回答：我们认为你有问题，就不
办。证扣了，官威十足吾皇威武啊！
当时我就想轮到我时候赶紧陪笑，别惹了大人盛怒之下顺带让我也回不了家。。对，我
只能这么怂，因为独此一家。

昨天打电话给NY和中国的office，接电话的人（不知是哪个级别）都说虽然网站上这么
写，但她本人was not aware anybody doing that. 让我在cover letter里注明想联
系的编辑即可。与NY的office些许不同的是，国内接电话的人都非常suspicious，直接
问我如何拿到他们的电话（其实就是前台说的而已），说明nature编辑部在中国的管理
非常严格， NY这边接电话的人就感觉是正常的客服，两边态度都很好。

学院及实验室介绍
电子科技大学机械电子工程学院具有国家级人才（长江，千人，青年千人等）8人等等
亮点地方，现有教职工140余人，拥有一支结构合理、学术思想活跃、综合素质好的学
术队伍。多年来致力于系统可新型纳米材料设计与制造、微纳机电系统，机器人系统等
领域的研究工作，先后主持完成多项国家级重大课题和企业横向课题的研究，取得了丰
硕的研究成果，先后有多位英国、美国、加拿大、新加坡等国家的知名专家学者到这里
做访问交流，被国内外同行所广泛认同。微系统与机器人创新实验室主要研究方向：微
纳系统、机器人系统、计算智能设计与应用、模式识别、计算机视觉等。本实验室的宗
旨是在相关研究领域汇聚一支高水平的创新团队，建设具有国际先进水平的创新研究基
地，并在智能微纳系统和智能机器人系统研究领域赶超国际先进水平。

前几天AMEX给出免费查信用分的衔接，查了下，是 EXPERIAN的，
里面只有信用卡的账号及消费BALANCE等等，显示一年之内ENQUIRY
一共5次，可是我光被CHASE拒过的信用卡就有3到4次！里面一次也没记录！
有一次被CAPITAL ONE拒的记录有，SPG个人卡申请成功的记录有，但是SPG BIZ
卡被拒的记录没有。2周前申AA 35000被拒记录也没 电费的credit check
CSV很清楚说是soft pull的，不过却有记录是hard pull.......
EXPERIAN显示我有718分，诡异的是我CHASE三四次被拒时都是check EQUIFAX的记录！
我目前手头有的三张卡申请成功的时候都是 check 的 experian的记录！
难道EQUIFAX里面我信用记录没有？或者被毁了？ 达人指点下我改怎做 |
