我实际接触中从没听过一个人，哪怕一个人，说过中国驻外任何一个使馆领事馆一次好
话。考虑到不同人的背景和海外经历的差异，这种一致性令人惊讶。
留学生还好，基本就是说有事千万不要找使馆，问题无论大小都不能解决，还受官老爷
气。骂的最狠的是长年跑海外的商务人士，说如果你已经死到临头没有办法了，那也只
能去使馆试试了。
使馆名声差到底是单纯因为态度不好，还是态度能力都不行？
另外感觉很多国家政府官僚气息不比中国差，是不是除了美日欧等少数国家外，各国大
使馆都差不多？起码我无法相信印度使馆会比中国强……有人和印度兄弟交流过吗？

15年8月，在瑞士开会。闲逛一会无聊手欠给Science的editor写了一封presubmission
enquiry，竟然几小时之后就收到回复，“我下周去度假，你能不能本周五之前把文章
投过来？”我顿时头皮发麻啊，这是明明白白在告诉你：人家手上已经有something，
你赶紧识时务点快投快投啊。话说当时我手上只有两个figure和introduction，别的部
分还在优哉游哉呢（因为当时我觉得分辨率低，有点不好意思发表）。不管了，跟学生
利用时差，我写一部分就发给他们proof read。6个小时睡眠之后再接力。除了必须的
开会，吃住都在hotel，会议安排的游山玩水一概逃掉。终于，在我去火车站之前的10
分钟完成了submission；然后坐火车到米兰，在机场查E-mail，竟然已经送出去review

收到任何消息，登陆到网申系统里也是“application：open，final decision has
not been started”等等。
但是他们官网的processing time写的他们12月27号就已经在处理11月11日的申请了。
打那个call center的电话永远打不通（1-888-242-2100）。发specific case enquiry
也没有人回。
有人知道是怎么一回事吗？要急用visa。谢谢！！！ |

从上个星期开始就比较着急，因为别人都是2个星期就到了。
他们没有客服电话，只能写信，昨天发了一封email给他们，他们回信很快，今天早上
就告诉我，东西已经寄出来了。

一个月了。有两个办法崔。一个是发email到n****************[email protected].
ca. 他们一定会回（两天内），但是也就说一些套话。另外我建议大家打那个1783的电
话，进去后选非签证事宜，这样可以和接线员通上话，然后complain一下。要不实在没
有别的办法了

1. 我的背景很简单，国内本科， 1999年来美，2004年博士， 工业界工作第二年
2005年中开始绿卡申请。公司也为我申请了PERM， 在2005年11月批准，后来没有用到。
2. 准备NIW/EB1EA 比较早，大概是博士毕业不久，但是一直比较懒惰，到2005年中
才讲基本材料准备好，赶在2005 SEP的大部队一起交了140/485.
3. NIW-140 是律师准备， EB1EA-140是DIY。原因很简单，在要推荐信的时候，有
两位推荐人问我要不要两份，因为很多人都是NIW/EB1一起办。律师费只包括NIW， 所
以自己办理EB1EA,材料和交给律师的NIW完全一样，PETITION LETTER参考一位朋友的自
己写的。
