只用单个电脑， 不用hadoop/spark这些框架
网上有大约60万个xml文件，比如下面是一个：

需要解析每个文件，结果然后存在电脑上。现在的程序每次都要访问网上的文件，大约
耗时3天才能完成。
有没有更加高效的方法，快速完成? |

convert IDs from different databases. This one converts PubMed ID (dbfrom=
pubmed) to PubMed Central ID (db=pmc).
If your article has one, it will output one. If it has not, I guess you do
not need to do anything. Only a small portion of PubMed are PMC. |

我们组曾经研究过一个蛋白，我们买的IMAGE clone里的cds编码出来的蛋白有一个AA和
Entrenz/ensemble里的不一样，然后我们blast了一下，发现IMAGE clone的那个AA是
evolutionarily conserved，Entrez/ensemble里的并不保守，所以可能是数据库错了 |
