我是国内土博，J1，来美时间也不长，中间还transfer一次,没有离开过美国。
文章十几篇都是在国内发的，引用140来次，主要来自一篇挂名文章，审稿大概15次，
背景比较弱，请的律师。推荐信美3，中1，德1，没有大牛，但是都非常nice,一个字都
没有改过。律师写的PL,看上去就是模板上的套话，但是应该是都说到了重点，个人感
觉律师在140申请对我的帮助还是比较大的。

2.对附申请人来说，需不需要提供 employer verification letter?附申请人
就是 F1,工资就是奖学金。

Parole are free when you apply for adjustment of status. You never know when
you may need it.
The list of forms is more complicated than that. Your main forms will be I-
130, I-485, I-765, I-131, and each form will have many supporting forms and
documents. For example, you will need three G-325A's: one for each of you
for the I-130, since this is for a spouse, and then one for the beneficiary
for the I-485.

interview，上周主申请人被schedule到１月中旬面试，副申请人的状态还是ready
for interview scheduling。漫长并且折腾的４８５等待啊。
虽然现在只有主申请人接到面试，副申请人也打算飞过去一起面。关于面试，有些问题
想问问大家，谢谢大家了！
主申请人Notice上貌似并没有指明是因为什么要面试，只是说"for the completion of
your application to register permanent residence or adjust status (form
i485) and any supporting applications or petitions".然后列了一堆需要带过去的
items，包括（下面是不完整的list，只列了一些有疑问的）。不知道主副申请人准备

作为一个拖延症泛滥的申请人，140从开始准备到提交花了一年时间。好不容易6月底交
了Eb1b 140，却没有马上开动手体检和准备485表，直到本周一(pp后5天)意外接到通知
说140批了，才赶忙开始体检，开始填表，开始照相（walgreen 6张照片花了我40多块
）。
周三晚上和LD填到半夜，今天周四拿到体检表（还好体检结果没有难为我），然后奔向
UPS把材料寄了,overnight，明天上午到。希望能赶上最后一班车，希望USCIS未来两个
月能处理...
如果再来一次我一定会..........忍不住继续拖延 --一个拖延症患者的自白，分享

mailed out the FP reschedule request this morning. The strange thing is that
the FP notice letter was stamped on 1/19. If it was stamped in post office,
what happened? The envelop is pretty neat, not like misdelivery then
reroute. I had that experience before. The envelop looked like coming from a
washing machine.
The stupidest thing would be the EAD date. Still can't believe it. Who are

Tip: Put EACH application in its OWN envelope and write the name, A# and
form number on the outside for each applicant. Then put all of the envelopes
in ONE courier package (FedEx, UPS, Express Mail) and send it to the USCIS.

the form I-485 has barcode, once you filled and saved it, you can not change
it later. You have to re-file it. The USCIS scans the barcode and it gets
all info.

左右绿，没有RFE。排到的同学赶紧抓紧体检，没有办出生证明的赶紧让家里人去办，
复印件就可以。除了有原件要求，其他的文件都可以交复印件，没问题。早点交早点排
上去，祝大家早绿。

reports (测疫苗的report）， 有必要和I-693一起放在sealed envelop里面么？
找的这个医生非常不靠谱，填的表错误百出，跟他的助手前后前后纠正了一个半小时（
改了好多遍）。明天去签字, seal envelop，怕漏掉document。。。
另外，如果seal还是出问题或是不放心，能不能拿这个医生做的blood test reports（
上面of course是这个医生的名字，联系方式），去 找另一个医生填表和seal （如有
必要还需要把这个医生做的report放在里面）。

来逛了。在这里分享自己的485材料清单/cover letter，希望对新来的朋友有帮助。我
自己找的时候，也是七拼八凑，还老担心不全。

主副两人分开两个信封，装在一个大信封邮寄。
标题里，"DRY" - don't repeat yourself。码农都懂。
我这辈子估计不会再用第二次。只希望新人不要为个清单耽误时间。简单的case大家自
己弄，省点钱给娃买个钢琴什么的。
EB2能批到我这个8/31/2012的PD估计9/1/2012是个靠谱的时间。至于2010还是2000都是
U的意思，大家不用想太多。只要移民政策没有大的改动，马上就会回来的。

If we are going to mail all stuff to Houston later, do we still need to
bring the envelop and money orders to Miami on that day?
Also If we have 2 passports renewal for one family and we put both of them
in one envelop, will it be only $5 dollars processing fee, not $5x2 right?
