作日。无法追踪。
DHL 的 Express Envelop 四十多美金，四个工作天，可追踪。
6月30日寄的文件，最后限期是7月17日。原以为用美国邮政时间也足够。但忽略了“不
可追踪”这一因素。另外美国邮政在中国要转交中国邮政投递。又多了一重不确定因素。
