内的中期投资工具，会省很多税，可以为了买房或小孩读书。最近无聊翻了一下policy，发现不
太一样，有很多不确定的风险在里面，比如要10年surrender value才降为0，费用意外的高(大
概是1/4的每月投资，但他说10年后会慢慢credit回来)。
是不是VUL绝对不是长期投资的好工具(我不需要保险)？要不要退出？现在退要扔$1200

That's totally wrong. If you think a country would fall to ruin if the
policies favors the poor, then all western countries would have failed a
long time ago. Their policies prior to the last century were decidedly
unfavorable to the poor, then became more and more favorable to the poor.
