给银行打电话，他们会转给合适的人来告诉你如何申请的。过程跟申请一般房屋贷款差
不多，只不过相对简单多了。准备的申请材料也差不多(W2, pay stub, tax return,
etc.)
要注意问几个问题：
1. 利息。 PNC和SUNTRUST好像利息不错。SUNTRUST前段时间有个promotion，好像
HELOC的利息是2.9还是3.9来着。
2. 你要付的费用。有的地方是免费的。
3. 能拿出多少钱来。一般好像是equity的75－80%。
fair market value * (75-80)% - mortgage.
大部分银行只允许从自住房中开HELOC，投资房不可以。TD Bank好像可以在投资房开，
但利息和费用相对高些。 |

significant influence over the sub, and they quit equity methode by that
time. So the equity method was only applied for half of year 2's income from
Polk. The last part of the calculation is to evaluate the balance of the
investment account, so that they can calculate gain on sale.

columbia business school placement, about 9% of 2007 graduates went to

上个星期她到这边来出差, 约着吃了个午饭,
中间开玩笑的讲了些POSTDOC待遇低,出来难找工作之类的笑话.
她随口就说可以去她那, 当时以为她是开玩笑的,
没想到这星期OFFER PACKAGE就来了.
请问这EQUITY ANALYST 是干什么的. 她说是COVER几个公司或者一个INDUSTRY.
这个COVER是什么意思.
我从来没有这方面的背景, 可是她说那些MBA都能干的事, 我是IVY LEAGUE

主义者，帮助落后群体也是社会共识，问题是这样的激进运动，且不说其邪恶的政治目
的，就算是为了解决教育领域结果不平等的问题，也是以族群为单位，生硬牺牲一部分
人的利益，来推进。
说实话即便是实行更为缓和和公正的方法，最终实现了结果的相对平均，华人也是认的
，比如黑人拉丁裔就是出来一帮优秀学生，华人当然是接受竞争的，这种情况下华人丢
失了比如天才班份额，属于正常竞争。但是当前这种明抢的行为，就是欺负华人老实。
既然有老实人可以欺负，为什么不走捷径呢？
所以无论观点激进还是缓和甚至偏左的华人，在眼前问题上，应当明确反对这个潮流。
现在是别人打脸的阶段，自卫，反击没商量。至于为什么别人打你，将来怎么与人相处
，是之后的事。 |

很少黑人。没看出有必要弄个equity出来。学区绝大部分是百人和亚裔，白人
成绩不比亚裔差。难道学区不听70-80%的家长声音，而去照顾西裔？还是这个
学区白左和亚左太多了，纷纷要献身照顾百分之十几的西裔？ |
