听说过“棒棒娃”牛肉干没有？想吃，买不到怎么办？山寨...
主料：牛肉(我一般用bottom round，价格不贵而且肥肉少。当然，用猪肉就是麻辣猪
肉干，兔肉就是麻辣兔肉...)
配料：盐、辣椒粉、花椒粉、芝麻、白糖、葱、姜（葱姜分两份）、料酒、（八角、沙
姜，有就放，没有就算了）
1、先把牛肉切成小指粗细的条；
2、起锅冷水，倒入牛肉条，加一份葱姜、料酒、八角、沙姜，煮吧。会有很多泡沫，
拿勺子撇掉。大概煮个20分钟左右，捞起来滤干；
3、起油锅，比平时炒菜的油多一些，加另一份葱姜爆香，把葱姜捞起来（不捞也行，
就是吃到郁闷点儿）。这时一定要小火啊！下牛肉，小火炒啊炒，炒啊炒，油清亮了，
牛肉干呈褐色，说明水分差不多炒干了。这时加入盐、辣椒粉、花椒粉、芝麻、白糖的
混合物，快速翻炒几下，有红油出来，颜色特别鲜亮。尝尝味道，合适就可以出锅了。

从arbitration administrator寄来的，
让去一个arbitration hearing。看上面
老是出现court的字眼，而且是“Government
Employe” V. LG，看起来怪吓人的。

，到银行做公证。3月，我自己的材料、ECFMG、FSMB和国内学校的文件陆陆续续寄到
MBC (Medical Board of California)，噩梦开始酝酿。
国内学校非常给力，给了我去年通过认证的L5 form模板。依样画葫，稍稍改了改时间
，就让学校用FedEx寄出了。4月，the first analyst通知我，neurology和psychology
不能写在一起，得各有明确的实习时间。照办，第二次FedEx寄出。5月，the first
analyst通知我要一个detailed explanation of Diagnostic course。不明就里，多次
发email询问无果后，致电MBC，被告知这个analyst在6月退休了。7月，接手的the
second analyst坚持要这个文件。只得就范，满头雾水中，翻出箱底的诊断书，拟了个

发帖数: 5892 | 49 宾顿市自12月以来接连发生两宗致命交通意外，一男一女分别在事故中丧生，警方除了已将一辆在十字路口撞倒女受害人致死之后逃跑的货车司机逮捕之外，还对另一名自己驾车，后被发现撞到路边致死的男死者具体死因进行调查。
第一宗意外发生于12月1日，周三下午5时37分左右。当时，31岁的Erica Carmichael正欲穿过位于宾顿市Torbram Rd.和Walker Dr.交界的十字路口，正当她从十字路口的东南角方向走向东北角的马路对面时，一辆从Torbram Rd.北行线右转入Walker Dr.东行线的货车，在转弯中途将她撞倒。
肇事货车随后沿Walker Dr.向东离开，但不久后货车司机便被警方逮捕，目前还未被控任何最罪名。其肇事车辆亦正送往检验，以便查出造成致命意外的证据。
在意外刚刚发生时，一名路人曾停车想要给予Carmichael帮助，随后又迅速回到自己的车上，沿?肇事卡车离开的方向狂追不舍，并试图将其截停。警方希望无论该名路人有没有成功追上卡车，都能够主动与警方联系，以便协助对案件进行进一步调查。
