Manometry Test，说这样可以准确测出他胃酸反流的原因，好针对治疗。老公说是把一
根细管子从鼻子插到胃里，管子上有探头测量胃里成分的数据。这个管子需要在身体里
呆一天收集数据，数据好像存到相连的一个仪器上（需随身携带一天）。
我听起来觉得很吓人，请问这里的朋友们有谁做过这种测试吗？是否很危险？有什么需
要注意的吗？

发帖数: 2318 | 2 昨天去见了过敏专科的医生，医生详细问过我家娃儿过敏的各种症状后说，他目前认为
我娃儿的确对牛奶蛋白过敏，此外他觉得有一些非典型性的症状，怀疑娃儿可能是有
一 种叫做Eosinophilic esophagitis(EOE)病症，让我们先去食道科做一个喉部的活检
再 去做过敏测试。
回家后我们查了一下，这个EOE病症是一种比较新定义的病，发病率大概是1/2000，而
且 目前似乎没有FDA批准的药物，基本还是靠避免吃引起过敏的食物为主要防治手段。
我 和老公其实觉得我家娃儿有这个病的可能性比较小，而且做活检需要打麻药，做喉
镜从 娃儿食道取一块儿组织出来，类似胃镜，我担心这个检查对于一个这么小的bb来
说太痛 苦，而且我不确定对娃儿会不会造成一些伤害，希望最好不要做这个检查。想
问问是 否有人知道关于这个病症的更多的情况，以及喉镜对于小bb的伤害程度，谢谢！
（另外，我比较心里阴暗的想，今天医生都说了我娃儿过敏测试和这个活检都要做，但
是让我们先去做活检再做过敏测试，为什么不今天直接就把过敏测试给做了呢？会不
会 现在他们需要更多关于这个新病症的一些临床资料，所以在努力寻找患者？希望是

昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎
的毒针已经蔓延，我能感觉到我的呼吸有窒息的感觉。我想我对他们已经非常仁慈了，

得不够用。

liver cancer and whether is hepatic primary or metastatic would be helpful,
assume he had hepatocellular carcinoma from hep C, and maybe he had upper gi
bleed from either esophageal or gastric varices from portal hypertension
from cirrhosis from hep C, the outlook is not very good,
if it's metastatic disease with solitary hepatic mets sometimes they could
consider chemo embolization, |

your potassium was,
as of chest pain, there are multiple factors when your doctor is considering
you case, from history, family history, ECG and labs, but even all those
you could still miss something serious,

to rule out the 5 urgent condtions, including aortic disection, esophageal

First of all, there's some esophageal tests that can be done to confirm the
presence of GERD. pH monitoring is one example and is usually done during
treatment when there's poor response. I don't know whether you can request
your pediatriatrian to at least administer a test to rule our other possible
causes.
Some non-pharmacological strategies include dietary changes and positioning
of the child:

be taken once a week, but could cause esophagitis so recommend to take
30min before food and sit up at least 20 min or so,
boniva is new, can receive infusion every three months so much easier to

zometa is sometimes used, it's once a year infusion but it's not FDA
labelled use for osteoporosis,
both boniva and zometa should be used judiciously in patient with renal
insufficiency,

Generally, the prognosis of esophageal cancer is not good anywhere, China or
US. If curative surgery is not advisable, then focus on palliative care.

That posiion is too hard to do surgery. If it's completely blocked, the
prognosis can't be optimistic. Family need to be prepared...
Even in US, there's no better way to treat esophageal cancer. There are some

The overall prognosis of esophageal cancer is pretty bad :-(
To some degree it's a gamble. Even the best doctor cannot guarantee for a
specific case -- when the success rate is 99%, one may still end up as the
other 1%.
Generally, surgery may provide a chance of curing, but it's hard on the body
. When it fails it really reduces the patient's quality of life. Or the
patient and family can give up curing and focus on prolonging and making the
best of his/her remaining life. |

The cause of reflux is often due to immaturity of the nervous system in the
esophageal sphincter.
Make sure that you burp your baby really well after each feed, and don't put
him in bed immediately. Reflux and aspiration can cause respiratory
symptoms.
The good news is that most baby outgrow their reflux. |
