Enough has been said here about the plot summary and I don't want to repeat
again. This is more than a Sci-Fi story and its freshness shocks me.
The author definitely has a genius imagination but it is the scientific

1. 10-2003 确诊，07-2004终于手术切除，期间Jobs一直在试自己选的diet疗法。扫描发现癌变在扩大才动了手术，这段时间癌转移的多少不可知，但肯定越拖转移的越多。
2.手术后没化疗和放疗。Jobs 2005年演讲说这表明病情乐观，不知是哪个庸医给他灌输的。2004年手术是大面积切除，部分胰腺和胃和小肠，胆和胆管都切除，目的是要消除扩散，但不系统化疗和放疗怎么能最大程度减少扩散威胁？哪个外科大夫这么信自己的手艺？
3.2009年换肝，这在扩散性癌治疗是有争议的，因为换肝后压制免疫反应有可能促进别处癌的生长。也有可能当时肝已经不行了没办法。
这种癌正常治疗大多数可活10年以上，Jobs真该到东岸Hopkins或Harvard找个靠谱的大夫。

1. kaplan video is good. especially anatomy, biochem, pharm. FA biochem part
is too simple. It's good to read kaplan books or watch video.
2. First aid is the skeleton. Need to completely understand it by reading
kaplan books or video or google---. Need to memorize first aid based on the
understanding.
3. Start q banks asap after kaplan. q banks are ways to help with
understanding and memorization. It takes time to do the q banks.

人物简介：
施文元教授是O C E F 的 前身—中国教育救援会（SOS China Education Fund）的发
起人及首任会长。他早年在中国复旦大学从事遗传学研究，于84年年底年赴美留学取得
博士学位，成为第一位在加州大学洛杉矶分校医学院医学系担任副教授、系主任的华人
。施教授虽身处美国，但一直关心中国教育发展，目前是北京大学的长江教授，中国千
人计划成员。
1992年，我刚刚博士毕业后不久，当时的我感到很幸福，虽然已是三十而立，但拿到博
士学位更多的是靠运气和机遇。因为我在小学、中学、大学都遇到了很好的老师，特别
是复旦大学遗传学教授谭家振先生，他是当年唯一的外籍科学院院士，对我赞赏有加，
就把我送到美国来留学。所以我就在想，国内还有很多和我一样聪明甚至比我还聪明的
孩子，他们却得不到良好的受教育的机会，有的更是面临着失学。我们这些能到美国求
学的幸运儿，能否为国内这些因贫困而面临失学的孩子做一点力所能及的事情呢？1992
