望于今年9月正式上市，新车定位于豪华小型SUV，其未来将主要与MINI COUNTRYMAN等

外观方面：全新英菲尼迪ESQ车型是在日产Juke Nismo的基础上改进而来的一款全
新紧凑SUV车型。现在从曝光的实车图片来看，英菲尼迪ESQ确实是和日产Juke Nismo保
持了高度一致，但在细节方面两者则有所区别，包括ESQ换上了黑色蜂窝状的进气格栅

抄看到了，哈抄抄说没看到，哈抄抄说他第一个做的。这个都是明摆着的啊。整个一个
哈抄抄卷起袖子抢第一的剽窃失败案例啊。
第二，官方渠道在哪里啊？哈佛吗？通过本案再一次暴露了哈佛在对待起学生和教授剽
窃案上的双重标准。哈佛本身的ethics就有问题。我不能指望哈佛能有正确的调查结论
。这样的情况下，我才把哈抄抄私底下的道歉信公开了出来。
哈佛接受的剽窃投诉并受理了。这本身就说明哈抄抄有剽窃嫌疑，否则老早据不受理了
。这个表面文章是做到了。当时他们的Research Integrity Officer是Gearoid
Griffin, Esq.，他和我联系并调查了两个多月。直到有一次我回email给他，突然发现
他的Harvard的email address已经被关闭了。察看他的linkedin，他刚刚从Harvard离

前几天我在ebay上销售2份ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS6 软件，价值350美元。该软件我是从
别处合法购买，由于不再需要，就挂在ebay上出售。
今天突然收到一份来自ADOBE代理律师的email警告信，要求我终止销售，还要在10天内
上缴1200美元罚款，否则就采取进一步法律行动。
现在的问题是我合法购买的软件在ebay上销售，觉得没有什么问题。我不知道是否应该
缴纳该罚款。如果不理它，我担心他们会给我的家里地址发正式的律师信。
在此请教大家如何处理，谢谢

我04年来米国phd，第二年去接一个师妹，一来二去就谈上了，我要上床她说结婚
才行，我那时候也冲动，直接就去市政厅登记了。
后来一切也算顺利，但是我始终没觉得自己是已婚了，好像还是谈恋爱的状态，我

本文对2008年我事务所处理的NIW、Eb-1A/B与H-1B申请案做一总结与回顾，并指出移民
局在案件审理中存在的问题。
一、2008年NIW、Eb-1A与EB-1B申请的进展情况
2008年，我所共向移民局递交两百余件NIW、EB-1A及EB-1B申请。在2008年递交的申请
中，大约15%已经得到审理。另外，2007年六、七月份递交的申请到2008年底大部分已
经得到审理。2007年七月后递交的申请，在2008年下半年陆续得到审理。
在我所2008年获得审理的NIW、EB-1A及EB-1B案件中，96%获得批准，4%未得到批准（被
移民局拒绝或由申请人撤回申请）。遗憾的是，被移民局拒绝的几个申请案在条件上并
不是最弱的。这里不乏个别移民官在审理过程中的随意与武断。就此类情况，我们已经
根据个案或者上诉，或者为客户提出新的申请。

答：Eb-1b是职业移民申请第一类优先中的一种，专门供在大学、研究所或公司从事教
学或研究的杰出教授或研究员申请。
问：Eb-1b申请是否需要雇主支持？
答：Eb-1b申请必须得到雇主支持， 这是Eb-1b与Eb-1a（特殊人才）或NIW（国家利益
豁免）的重大区别之一。在Eb-1b申请中，雇主（学校，研究所或符合条件的公司等）
是“申请人”（Petitioner），外籍教授或研究员是“受益人”（Beneficiary）。比
如说，X大学聘请A教授做Assistant Professor，并为A教授提出了Eb-1b申请。在这项
申请中，X大学是“申请人”，A教授是“受益人”。与此不同，Eb-1a或NIW申请不需要
雇主支持，外籍人士可自己提出申请。所以，在Eb-1a或NIW申请中，外籍人士既是“申
请人”也是“受益人”。

：http://bbs.ebiotrade.com/showtopic-12290.aspx ）方舟子在登出这封举报信时，加了按语，表示认为司履生举报成立，魏于全的论文确实造假。按语全文如下：
【方舟子按：司履生教授信中提到的给Nature Medicine的评述我在2003年已收到，后
来根据司教授的意见，没有公布。我很高兴司教授现在愿意公布此事。我认为司教授对
魏于全院士论文有假的指控是成立的。中国科学院应该认真调查此事，给公众一个交代
。如果调查结果认定魏于全院士发表的Nature Medicine论文的确有假，不管他该负的
责任有多大，鉴于魏于全能够在2003年当选院士是因为假成果，那么中国科学院至少应
该免去其院士称号。】
三天后，也就是2006年3月29日，魏于全院士向“新语丝”网站发去实名回复，回复中
附有其2003年答复杂志编辑部疑问的原文。该文表示，“司先生很多问题的提法本身是
