以温度低，排卵之后progesterone升高导致体温升高． birth control pill是抑制
estrogen的，所以可能导致体温增加．
顺便提一下，很多妇科中药其实都有升高estrogen的功效，所以我上一个IVF是一边吃
birth control pill一边吃中药，结果两者相冲，最后不得不取消IVF，所以姐妹们一
定要小心． |

上次李娜澳网亚军，破了个例，是小德一半，李娜和克里斯蒂一起占一半。
因为是中国人的一次突破。
这次李娜夺冠了，目前版标是纳豆和李娜，本来挺美好的一个事儿，
但是不少费德勒的粉丝，说李娜夺冠是中国人的一件大事，应该再次破例，

其实如果不打鸟，不拍体育，不拍室内暗光的话，很少用
到大光圈全开的镜头的。
一般拍人物f/5.6, f/8，这两档是最常用的。拍风景传统
上说f/11,f/16是最常用的。现在一般用用F/8也可以了。
这样的setup下，啥塑料套头，比如我喜欢的 18-55 f/3.5-5.6VR
效果也是非常好的。
全开光圈数毛是一个误区啊。。。好比花钱买了很多其实
用不上的性能。
浅景深糖水数毛照，拍多了就恶俗了。可叹很多人还乐此不疲，
拍了一堆还真以为自己就很有成就感……
感觉浅景深糖水照是大家狂烧镜头的最大祸首……

苹果的成功，是市场的成功。
当年的windows就是让大家都能使电脑了，不需要学习编程，只需要打字，点鼠标。
现在的ipad就是让大家都能使电脑了，连点鼠标都不用了。
但是ms， windows还有另一面，就是给科技人员搞创新，提供了强大的工具。
这点apple基本完全不搞了。
apple作为一个完全面向消费市场的产片，在这个市场上有更大的成功，也是合理的。
ms一直不能想用商用的os顺便干点民用的事，不能彻底从新来过，是不成功的原因之一
。

ER阳性是分子生物学的概念，是指病人的癌细胞表达ER。检测是antibody-based或现在
有用qPCR-based。正因为这样，有少量病人还真不能绝对说阴性或阳性。就是在阳性病
人里，也只有大约80%的人会对ER治疗的方法有效。
治疗ER阳性的病人目前是两类药物--一类是针对体内estrogen合成的抑制剂，还有一类
是针对Estrogen和ER结合的，所谓“占着茅坑不拉屎”的原理。大多数病人五年内抗药

今天受到国内亲戚的亲情求助。小女孩今年11岁。2010年查出染色体异常(Turner
Syndrome). 染色体检查结果是：淋巴细胞培养，G显带核型分析，在400-500水平，核
型：45，X.
目前医生采取的是在肚脐周围注射生长素的做法，先刺激其增长身高。尔后，等到骨龄
闭合，再服用雌激素。
但是，在治疗过程中，身高的增长不是很理想，智力的发育也有待提高等。小姑娘真的
是好可怜, 希望能提供一点信息，也许可以帮到她的治疗，改变她以后的命运。
因此，想求助这里各位医学达人: 美国目前对这种病有没有最新的治疗方法，或最新的
药物？

较多。
Estrogen的药物比较好认，都有共同的词根-estra或estro-。比如diethylstibesterol
乙烯雌酚， estrone 雌酚酮，estradiol 雌二醇 等。只要认识了词根，就不会认错
这类药物。雌激素的副作用：
1． Thromboembolic problem
2． Decreased in glucose tolerance
3． Edema，fluid retention
4． Excessive cervical mucus formation.
5． Abnormal cervical bleeding
6． Liver，renal damage
7． Weight gain
因此，对于有血栓性疾病和冠心病的病人禁用，肝肾疾病者禁用，因为水肿易导致高血
压，所以hypertension的病人也不要用，糖耐受下降，所以糖尿病的病人也最好不用。
容易导致子宫内膜的问题，所以有子宫内膜疾病或者癌的也禁用。任何不正常阴道流血 |

我记得我吃中药后分泌物也明显明显增加，但是也出现其他的问题：比如侧排卵不明显
，连续几天呈弱
阳性，基础体温不升高等等。 所以至少就我吃的那副中药而言，它明显是提升了我的
estrogen, 但是
却也因此造成荷尔蒙不均衡，黄体酮就被抑制住了。 所以好的中医很重要，向我的那
个中医从来没跟我
讲过排卵前和排卵后吃的中药不一样。 |

If you're just asking about estrogen hormone replacement therapy, then there
's a lot of choices. Premarin (conjugated estrogen) and estrace (micronized
estradiol) are just a couple of examples.

see a doctor, or maybe you can have someone send her medications to her from

challenge test is positive. then you don't have to test the hormone level.
Your body is lack of that for sure, isn't it?
is progesterone test is neg, then do estrogen challenge test, if positive,
means you need estrogen.
Hormone level is not stable during the period, not always reliable, just a
test to confirm the diagnosis.
If you have done vaginal U/S, PCOS can be ruled out.

is a good predictor as one can give either Tamoxifen or aromatase inhibitor
to block the estrogen. Her2/neu + traditionally means that the tumor is more
aggressive and hard to treat. Since Her2/neu monoclone antibody (herceptin)
is introduced, Her2/neu positivity is not that important because we now can
block the her2 pathway with herceptin and even with small tyrosine kinase
inhibitor such as Tykerb.
