。目前工作很很闲。想着要不要趁这时间把ethics考了。我有打算等这拨危机过去后换
个上市公司去拿个LIENCE。但最快换公司也要到今年年底。
不知道这ethics有没有过期一说。我查了我们州的CPA官网，没有关ethics时间的明确
规定。请知道的人给我科普一下。我要不要再就考ethics呢？还有这ethics花不花时间
。一个星期五天全天看能过吗？

的ethics exam，online 答题试了三次，都没过（８５／８８／８８），只好把
grading sheet寄到AICPA。本以为这次肯定能过了，刚打电话一问，又没过，估计又是
８５或８８。
真不知道错在哪了，人们都说加州的ethics exam比较难，AICPA的是很简单的，很多人
都是３小时就搞定。可我怎么考了四次都没过啊？难到我没有ethics？
另外问一下，aicpa的ethics exam是４０题，我考８５就意味着错了６个，对吧，８８
就意味着错了５个？我第三次和第四次答题时，只是把上一次的答案改两个而已，就指
望９０分能过就行，可就是过不了，气四我了！ |

工作经验就可以拿license。
但是没有Ethics，需要补这门课。请问有人去HCC上过Ethics课吗？学费要多少啊？有
online course么？上完课之后AICPA还要求另外的ethics考试吗？

如果会做几道题就能提高ethic的话，那天下就太平了。“德”这个东西我觉得成年后
的后天的培训效果并不大，60%是基因和30%是少儿期的家庭教育决定的（自己的估计啊
，纯属个人观点），口是心非，道貌岸然者多了，考试牛X，做起事来却不怎么样，有
时黑的吓人。 |

我的加州CPA申请要求还缺7分ethic credits， 其他都够用了。请问板上MM们有没有补
过的？在哪里怎么补？最好是能网上补的。
在网上搜了一大圈，也不确定哪里能补到这些学分。
而且坑爹的是EHIC学分都是一些高大空的课，很多community college都没有，他们一
般都是开比较实用的课
有些community college打去问了，他们自己也不确定学分加州CPA BOARD能不能承认
顺便把加州BOARD对于EHIC 学分的要求在下面贴一下

网上查房子然后发给他让他帮我约。
后来他流感生病了一个周末，我没办法，就自己主动联系了个sellers agent看了一个
房子，我特别喜欢。
我告诉她是否可以用我的buyers agent联系她做offer paperwork，但是他生病了，可
能需要等2天。
她说卖家24小时就要review offer，并且我并没有通过buyers agent看房，所以她可以
represent我，我问她这样我buyers agent应该不会高兴，她说这个是正常的。
后来我offer接受了，告诉我buyers agent，他特别生气，说那个sellers agent的作为
不是ethical的。
请问大家，这个情况是不是sellers agent 不是ethical，还是这种风险本身就是
buyers agent应该承担的。
另外我是不是应该送个gift card给buyers agent表示感谢他曾经的帮助，但又担心他
更生气。

wikipedia里面写constitution和Supreme court一般不管hate speech， Only speech
that poses an imminent danger of unlawful action, where the speaker has the
intention to incite such action and there is the likelihood that this will
be the consequence of his or her speech, may be restricted and punished by
that law.
其实要说一个小孩坚持杀光中国人是imminent danger，the likelihood that this
will be the consequence of his or her speech 还是有些牵强。

写工作经验，交50美金）用于申请License, 没有提到要考Ethics.
请问 1. 缅因州的CPA 考试通过后要考ethics 吗？
2.如果现在还没有accounting firm 的经验就得不到License. 那么有什么证书，
可以证明我已通过CPA的考试（我想靠它找工作）？

发帖数: 13 | 39 我从外州大学毕业后搬到德州。 最近申请了考CPA， 结果收到申请回信； 别的条件都
满足了，但是要求我重新上 ethics course. 我在原来的学校已经修过这门课了， 但
是学校不在TSBPA 的approved list 上。 现在要重新上这门课，那就意味着至少要再
过半年才能考CPA了，而且现在很多学校都开学了。
不知道有没有类似情况的朋友可以帮帮我。 有什么别的方法可以跟 TSBPA argue 吗？
那有可能要求自己原来的学校向 TSBPA submit ethics course consideration吗， 有
人尝试过吗？

Ethics考试是必须在第一门考试过后一年半内考，还是四门过了之后什么时候考都可以。

• financial accounting,
• management accounting,
• auditing (Internal auditing may not be used for auditing, but may be
used as an elective),
• taxation, and
• professional ethics and responsibilities.
而且还说，
Courses in auditing or external auditing will satisfy the auditing and
professional ethics subject requirements.
那不是相当于只有四个方面吗？(financial accting,management accting, auditing

发帖数: 122 | 50 今年差两个钟头ethics 的CPE，记得这个版上有人提过online的几块钱一钟头的课，可
是找不到那个贴子了。有谁还记得是哪一家？
我自己找了一下，像Gleim的，要上很多钟头才能拿到低价。它最小的package是四个钟
头$48,觉得应该能找到比这个更便宜的。（另外它还给几个钟头free trial,可惜不包
括ethics.)
